Initially, they worked with me on the price, beating a competitor's price by quite a bit. Delivered the pod on time, picked it up on time, and all the drivers were courteous and quick. They worked with me on rescheduling payments and when and where my pod would be delivered with no problems, even reversing a payment one time that I wasn't able to make at that moment. Delivery and pickup was confirmed each time and drivers were great. Called customer service one time and the guy was super helpful and provided me with the information I was needing and then some. Overall really good experience and would definitely recommend over other higher priced competitors

1 word..HORRIBLE!! sums up my whole experience with this company. They deserve negative stars. 5 days later still no pod, no phone calls, then they drop off an empty one in my driveway,not even mine with all of my household contents.They may say they beat the competition but at what cost to the consumer, their sanity and all their personal belongings. TLDR: Pack Rat has rescheduled my move due to their incompetence 4 times. My stuff still hasn't been delivered. They've wrongly moved my stuff once and now won't move it at all when I need it. I knew they had bad reviews and they have a reputation for not delivering on time, but I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me. I am a legitimate homeowner that has contacted this company several times regarding an abandoned POD container in my driveway. I have a lot of work to be completed on the inside and outside of my home and NO RESPONSE from Pack Rat! You mean to tell me that I cannot do what I want to do with my home because they won't move an abandoned POD? I am highly disappointed in their poor customer service. Surprised at the low rating here, we had an in-state move in ** and they were the most competitively priced. They were also on time and very professional. I didn't need to be there for the container pick *** either. **** quoted a 1000 dollars over their price and UPack didn't offer service in my area. ******** we're happy to see your 5-star rating. Had two pods for a long distance move. Scheduled delivery to our new address. Delivery was cancelled THREE TIMES without notification. I didn't learn of the schedule changes until I called to inquire about the status. Twice we had movers lined up to help unload. This small business had to be cancelled and thus lost income twice. Unconscionable. Would never recommend this company to anyone.Rating should be a 0 but I had to give a star to proceed.
