Awful. The container was supposed to be delivered between 8am and 5pm. It showed up at 6.10pm. The man who delivered it was clearly in a bad mood and didn't want to be bothered, so, with a cigarette hanging out of the side of his mouth, he said the container would not fit in my driveway. It would have fit, anyone could see that, he just wanted to get home. DISGRACEFUL customer service.

Service was good, sometimes a little hard to schedule but was using phone not website. That probably would have cut down on waiting. All the drivers were excellent, professional, polite and courteous. Container was a little beat up but served the purpose.

I rented a storage container from 1-800-PACK-RAT in August 2023 and paid for their "Container Damage Waiver (Silver Coverage)" with $10,000 protection. After 17 months in their facility, my container arrived with holes in the walls and damaged door seals that had allowed rodents to enter. Despite their advertising of "weatherproof containers," I found rat nests, droppings, and extensive damage to my furniture and belongings. In ******, ** I rented a 16 ft pack-rat container. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Everyone I talked to was professional and knowledgeable about how the process worked and their estimates were close to actual cost. I strongly advise anyone considering packrat as a container shipping or storage service to choose another company. I hired them to provide storage containers and transportation of my entire house from ******** to *******. Their communication with me during my long distance move was absolutely horrendous and was further complicated when they had a wall collapse at the building they share with the postal service. Moving is already stressful, and this business somehow made it 100% WORSE!!! **************** is horrible...basically nonexistent; They overcharged me and getting in touch with someone to help with the discrepancy, because of the horrible service, has been impossible. I scheduled a container to be dropped off today. Had not received any communication to verify a time this morning, so I called . There was a 90 min hold time but they gave the option for a callback. The callback occurred about 3 hours later, but I was placed on hold for 30 min before I hung up. This is absurd customer service.

We had no issues with PackRat! Drivers were on time, professional and on the delivery end they even helped unload the smaller container so they could take it back that same day- definitely not in their job description! Sales contact and subsequent customer service contacts were professional and helpful, and gave accurate information. Highly recommend the locations we used (******** and *******).
