I have had good experiences using Pack Rat. I've used them several times now. I always experience a terror watching my containers be driven away that I might not see my stuff again, but they have always arrived at my new home. Because you put your own lock on the container, I don't have to worry about theft of my stuff. Every employee I've ever dealt with, either in the warehouse for container access, or on the phone, has always provided superior customer service. Wonderful experience! Our cross country move was seamless and all scheduled times were honored. Anytime I had to call customer service (for a few questions) they were so helpful! 10 outta 10 would recommend!
I love this company Easy to reach and.very helpfulamd stayed on days and time promised All at a great price I used them from ******* to Tennesse So convenient I had a 2 week spread of couch surfing with family. They stored it too.
Do not use this company! Horrible experience. Scheduled our drop off date 3 weeks in advance. Received emails confirming. Took off work. They just rescheduled it at the warehouse without informing us for two days later, after the weekend we took off. Had nowhere to sleep for two days. Called 10 times over the course of the day. They just kept transferring us and saying that nobody was picking up at the warehouse even though they were open until 10 that night. I would give this company zero stars if possible. Completely regret using Pack Rat. I moved from ******* to ********** and my container was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. I called 2 days before the arrival date to confirm that it was on schedule and they said yes it would be delivered on time. Come the day of drop off, they never showed up. I took the day off work, hired movers, and all they could say was that they didn't have a driver and the warehouse would have my container delivered the next day. I dont ever leave reviews but I will for Pack Rat. We initially had another moving company hired and it turned into a disaster. I called Pack Rat and they were extremely helpful and straight forward. Everything went exactly as they promised. We could not be happier!

We received our storage container but still expect compensation. We had been waiting over a month for our container from 1-800-Pack-Rat. It contained our bed, wedding photos, wedding dress, furniture, clotheseverything we needed to liveand we had no idea when we would get it. The facility shared a building with ****, and while the **** side had a roof collapse, Pack Rats side wasnt damaged. Still, they gave us no timeline, no plan, and no updatesjust repeated delays. Had people waiting all day for arrival of container that was due at 6:00 p.m. No show. **************** representatives were professional and kind. Don't waste your time and money on this company that can't deliver what they advertise.
