I was told to transport my stuff from ******* AZ. To ********** Texas I would pay $500. And then they would withdrawal the balance of$3,300.00 got to ********** Texas and hired two people and the box never came!!! Never again will I deal with this piece of crap company. We ordered 2 containers that were delivered on time, the only good thing I can say!! My quote was 508 for a 12 footer move from **************** Texas. The final charge is 912. I had until July 27 to cancel without being charged. I called before July 27 to ask them to change delivery date on new place because the apartment complex won't allow the container to be there more than 48 hours. I told them if this is not possible, I need to cancel before July 27 and find another mover. I'm did a military move with pack rat and I need the weight tickets that I paid $200.00 for in order to be reimbursed by the military. If I don't receive the weight ticket I will have to come out of pocket for over $5,000.00. I paid for $200 specifically for the weight ticket and it's been over a month. I called every day for almost two weeks trying to get them.

Wow..... so it's been since June. I still have no belongings. They kept telling me it was in transit. Today I finally reached ************ who had a employee call me. Why oh why didn't I read this page before hiring this people??? I really didn't have a choice though because they were the only company that would deliver the container to my new address... the only problem is they haven't delivered my container! Storage unit was supposed to be delivered on 8/6, got a call from the driver that morning letting me know the forklift wasn't working so he would be there when he originally said. Ok, no problem. I get a call later from a scheduling agent saying it should be there between 4-7, and the driver will call within an hour of delivery. My "Total Move Price" of $4,164.00 is nothing compared to what I've been charged SO FAR. So far I've been charged 237.15, 4,524.35, 238.19 and it's not yet done. Do not give them your money. They added a fuel surcharge which was not explained to me that kicks in if diesel fuel prices are above $2.55/gallon at the time of move, they were above 2.55 the entire last year and this year so this is ridiculous to hide in fine print. This company should not be in business. Contracted move from MN to NC. Transit time in contract states 7-10 business days. Today is day 9 and my things are still in MN.
