DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I hired them in June for a move in Aug. things happened with the house and I CANCELED in July. They still took $1000 out of my checking account in Aug. I called and they DID refund me the money the same day, but put my account negative and had 6 things get returned with hefty fees from back. Was told it would take 3-5 business days to get my deposit. And they would NOT talk to my bank to help resolve and will NOT refund me the fees from THEIR error. I contracted Zippy Shell for a long distance moving and storage job. They were the most competitive on price and their long-term storage option was ideal for my needs. I initially ordered a container to be delivered to my address for two days of loading. Ultimately, I decided to also pay this company to provide loading services. Zero Stars, Terrible Business. Hours to talk to anyone. Scheduled a pod never arrived. Company said they had a truck break down in my area. How can a company be so unprepared for a breakdown, do they only have one truck. Terrible customer service they don't return calls and totally useless. Don't Use them, find someone else you will be sorry.

I was told to transport my stuff from ******* AZ. To ********** Texas I would pay $500. And then they would withdrawal the balance of$3,300.00 got to ********** Texas and hired two people and the box never came!!! I called and took an hour 20 minutes to finally speak to ***** she said I would get $300. Refund for workers hired on 7-24-2021 I agreed and paid $3,300.00 and I was promised to get my stuff on August the 3rd. 2021 and I waited till 4:00 pm. Never again will I deal with this piece of crap company. We ordered 2 containers that were delivered on time, the only good thing I can say!! After getting the containers packed and paying extra for a sunday pickup so the new owners could move their belongings into their new house, My containers DID NOT get picked up! I called Monday, Tues, and Wednesday for a pick up and was told each time that it would be done by the end of the day. My quote was 508 for a 12 footer move from **************** Texas. The final charge is 912. I had until July 27 to cancel without being charged. I called before July 27 to ask them to change delivery date on new place because the apartment complex won't allow the container to be there more than 48 hours. I told them if this is not possible, I need to cancel before July 27 and find another mover. I'm did a military move with pack rat and I need the weight tickets that I paid $200.00 for in order to be reimbursed by the military. If I don't receive the weight ticket I will have to come out of pocket for over $5,000.00. I paid for $200 specifically for the weight ticket and it's been over a month. I called every day for almost two weeks trying to get them.

Wow..... so it's been since June. I still have no belongings. They kept telling me it was in transit. Today I finally reached ************ who had a employee call me. To let me know it's still in Alabama. Where they are in a legal dispute with the carrier. Who obviously is holding my pod hostage. With no answer to when they can get it delivered. Why oh why didn't I read this page before hiring this people??? I really didn't have a choice though because they were the only company that would deliver the container to my new address... the only problem is they haven't delivered my container! Delivery was supposed to happen Friday, 6 August - I even paid extra for an AM delivery - no container, no phone call until mid afternoon when someone from the warehouse called to tell me the forklift was broken - he thought customer service had notified me.
