PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING USING ZIPPY SHELL I hired zippy shell to move my furniture from Arizona to Maryland. After the movers they are contracted with told me they could fit everything Into the "shell" (a wire cage), they ended up not being able to fit it all. I had to scramble to find another way to move some of my belongings. I received a text message stating I would receive an email telling me when my belongings had arrived at the destination warehouse. I reserved a Pod for my move they failed to tell me that after I filled it they could not pick up for at least two weeks my lease would be over but my Pod would still be in the driveway At the last minute I had to cancel and rent a separate storage and rent a truck and get more people to help me move. Very unprofessional don't see how the could stay in business. Do not use. I have used the other Pod company and was not like that

Great service dropping pods, BUT they agreed to drop my goods across country a month later on June 15. At 5:00 pm I called them asking where they were and after an hour on hold they told me there was an "error" and my goods were still 2100 miles away never moved.. almost a week now I have to call them each day if I want an update, wait on hold an hour and keep getting the same reply...we're working on finding a driver and will let you know... however they didn't forget to charge me the $11,000.00 transportation fees as soon ... read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! I have wasted days of my life calling them and sitting on hold. They have been doing nothing but giving me the run around, I have major concerns with the integrity of this company. I PAID 150$ for PM delivers for a reason and they brought them in the AM when no one was at the house which we JUST closed on that day. The way that I have been treated by your company is horrible. Delivery date of June 15, 2021 No show or call! I have not received my items As of Today! Long call hold time! 4 Disconnects while holding! I still have not received my items 6/1621 I am currently on a 1 hr 32 minute call hold 6/16/21.

Just the worst. Took my deposit, told me they would deliver without an issue and ghosted me. As a result I need to change plane tickets, rush an order through somebody else and pay more than I would have. They offer me a refund of my deposit and refuse to cover these other costs that they caused with their lies and poor business practices. Seriously thinking of suing. Use anybody else.

Be aware of this company! I had long distance move offer from different company and they matched the price...They send me email with total move cost with one month container rent and it was little below 4k (other company offer was 4k). Everything was fine and on time (delivering empty container and picking up full) until they charged me almost 700$ more then agreed price and now they are saying that's because gas prices went up! 5 weeks ago I was impressed. Reserved two containers, the drivers arrived on time and were pleasant. Scheduled my pickup to transfer containers into storage, and again on time and pleasant. But... I called 7 days ahead of time (as instructed by the reservation agent) to schedule my delivery to my new home...and they are not able to deliver my containers for until the end of the month!!!!!! 19 days from when I called is the soonest I can receive my children's beds, clothes, etc. Not sure what we are going to sleep on for 2+ w... read more
