AWESOME! When I needed them urgently, the rep did all he could to make it happen next day! and succeeded! When it came time for the pickup I was told "hurricane Ina has brought on delays and you will not be charged but can not pick up for like 15-17 days... We recently used the services of Pack Rat to store our garage items while the floor was being repaired. Their customer service from beginning to end was exemplary. PackRat moved an 8 x 8 container about 450 miles. We had a very punctual pick up and delivery with the timeframes quoted. Everything inside was in perfect condition upon unpacking and the drivers were friendly and organized. We appreciated the strong steel reinforced container.
