The lady dropping off the container was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions. We used Pack Rat as we were doing a total remodel of our house while living in it and needed extra space inside as well as being able to get to items needed. The pick up driver was a trainee and he did an excellent job of picking up the container with no issues or getting off our drive way. I would not hesitate to call Pack Rat again, as the experience was excellent. **** *

I used Packrat recently for a move from Miami Fl to Greensboro NC. Everything was absolutely amazing. My container was delivered and retrived, as indicated in my contract. I also selected "Packers" and "Unpackers" through the PackRat site and both teams exceeded my expectations. The company in NC - ********** ****** - were a three man team. I had an excellent experience with Pack-Rat. I ordered two of the largest containers. Both were delivered when I requested and picked up when scheduled. They were delivered when requested and placed exactly where I requested. They were also picked up from the new location when requested. They were also completely transparent regarding price; it was exactly as stated when I booked the container units. These guys were great, from the drop off and having to adjust the container to our needs, the drive was eager to help. The drop to our new house and pick up was handled by the same driver; she had the patience of an angle. I would recommend our local Pack-Rat to my friends and neighbors.

I chose pack rat because they offered local & long distance moves, we were unsure where we were moving to. After 3 months of storage, we switched our local to a long distance move. We moved Tampa to Las Vegas. It took almost 3 weeks to move our unit cross country but everything arrived safe & sound, not even a broken glass (I am not a great packer). I would use them again and recommend their services

The four drivers that we had were absolutely amazing. We were in an apartment in a tough spot but the first driver was super sweet and worked with us on figuring out the best way to park the container. The 2nd guy picking it up was amazing and super sweet. The lady dropping the container off at our house (once it was ready) also had to maneuver because all of the neighbors had parked on the road that day, but she did amazing!!! My experience with Pack Rat was awesome. They delivered my container exactly when they said they would. Got it loaded that day and it was supposed to be picked up the next day. However, the office and driver called and asked how it went and I said we were all set. Then they asked if I wanted it picked up that day...sure! The driver was on his way back to the warehouse with an empty truck and picked it up on the way. They also delivered it on time and when they said they'd be there. My husband and I were facing a difficult move because we both have health problems. I called 1-800-pack-rat and had them bring us a moving container they placed it right were it would be easy for us to load our furniture. All three of the people who we dealt with were so super nice from delivery to moving our container to picking it up. The move actually worked better than we thought.
