I priced out several options for my relocation from ************ to ************ and decided to go with Pack Rat based on availability, reviews, and price. I've relocated several times for work and used several companies. I would have no hesitation to use Pack Rat again. Their containers were clean and well constructed. Smooth process from beginning to end. They provided a reasonable quote. We used them to move long distance and would highly recommend them to others doing the same. There was one minor issue where the scheduled pickup was a day late and there was no notification, but other than that everything went fine.

The moving experience with PackRat was excellent and I would highly recommend using them. In all steps of setting up the contract, having timely delivery of the containers at the **location, and having timely delivery the containers to the new **location was great. I spoke with several service reps and all were clear with the details and assisted with changing the dates earlier than originally scheduled (in Dec 2022). Excellent experience moving my family from **** ******* to ******** ********. Very fair pricing compared to other companies (not much more expensive than a moving truck). We needed two 16 ft units. Customer service was great, they always answered my calls and were extremely flexible allowing me to bump up my full unit drop off and empty unit pickup dates multiple times since we arrived in ******** earlier than expected. Our home sold before we were ready for our out of state move. With a home search, the need to find an interim rental AND secure storage for belongings, Pack Rat was a strategic decision to minimize expense and the stress with moving. The container drop to load was easy and then once we found a home, the move was as scheduled and positioned for easy unloading. Utilized Pack Rat’s long distance move services and had a great experience. From the first call, customer service was on point. Answered all of my questions professionally and promptly. The drop off and pick up staff kept me informed of arrival times as promised. Website was user friendly and allowed changes wasily as needed. Highly recommend this company and would utilize for future moves.

Had a great experience. It was easy to get a quote and schedule the delivery of the storage container. Container arrived as scheduled and was picked up on the on time. Container was clean and customer support was helpful when I called to confirm that they had the correct delivery address. I would use them again for my shipping or storage needs.

I am in the process of moving from ******* to ********. I have a contract with Pack-Rat to rent a container delivered to destination 10 days after it is loaded. Pack rat representative set the schedule not me. The problem is that the container did not arrive at the destination on the scheduled date. The run around started the day before the set delivery date.
