From start to finish my experience with 1800PACKRAT was excellent. I am extremely satisfied as all agreed upon service and cost was exactly as promised. Specified pick up and drop off dates and times were completed as promised. Another family member made the same move at the same time to the same place with a moving broker and company and said they will be using 1800PACKRAT next time after the terrible experience they had and witnessing the simplicity of my move. Getting info about the process was a breeze. You don't wait long to talk to someone and get all your questions answered (even followup questions). The drop-off and pick-up guys were great and were very careful not to mess with my overhead lines. It was a great experience all around. They were very accommodating.

Our move using Pack Rat was smooth from beginning to end. All of the people I spoke to were extremely helpful from the first call to set up the delivery of the the storage unit to the drivers taking it to our new home. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Pack Rat. We moved from Las Vegas to Minnesota. Our containers were delivered on time and picked up as scheduled. They were in storage for 3 months and when we were ready for their delivery..... there they were a scheduled.

Excellent communications. Our move was in NJ. They dropped off the pod as scheduled, picked it up as scheduled, moved it to the new location on the same day, and removed the empty pod as scheduled. Everything worked on time and smoothly. All communications were professional. Very pleased. We got a quote from **** and Packrat was not only more economical, they also committed to pick up and delivery of filled pod on the same day. **** gave us a delivery window of 4-7 business days from the pick up date.

Everything worked out until it was time for them to pick up their containers. One container has been sitting on my driveway for two weeks. It should have been picked up on the 23rd of December, January 5 and then January 7. Nobody has came. This is ridiculous!
