We had a good experience with Pack-Rat. The driver dropped off our container, made sure we had a lock, and then left us to get packing. We arranged to have it picked up a few days later, after we had left, and neighbors assured us the pickup went smoothly. The container was brought to ************** for storage, and shortly after we closed, it was dropped off at our new location. A neighbor used this moving company. As they drove by our house the lady driving the truck ran off the road and ran over our trash cans. Knocking then over. She looked in her rear view mirror and kept driving.

Great experience with packrat. They had the best price for the same container, and delivery time. The container was dropped off on the schedule date. The driver was careful in placing the container. It was clean and ready to be loaded. The pick up driver called before arrival and was picked up on time. I was able to reschedule the delivery earlier than previously selected dates and was able to pick up a date so that it's off the driveway soon. Strongly recommend.

I just want to give the best rating I could give for 1 800 pac rat! From the time I contacted them for a quote to the delivery and pickup of the container, was the BEST experience I had. Any and all questions were answered and great price! The delivery driver was very professional and did a great job! Not one piece of our belongings damaged! There customer service was stellar! Someone called me as each step was completed. Great job **** pac rat!! I will use u again! And Word of mouth is one of the best forms of advertising!!

This company employs bait and switch tactics. I was told a large container would more than accommodate my two bedroom house. They even said the large container would accommodate a 3-4 bedroom house. It turns out large is only 16 feet. Reputable companies like U-Haul, Penske, and Budget recommend a 20 foot truck for a two bedroom house. When the unit was delivered, I said my stuff wouldn't fit & even though I had to wait a week for the 1st container, they could send another container out immediately. Very super experience!! I moved from ******* to ************** , two pods. Guys were great. They communicated very well, found my place ( dirt road, no street signs, New build area) . The online team was great in keeping me informed. It is a good company.

On point every step of the way, Trip was from ******* to ********** Made my drop off date Changed my drop off date with no issues They called to confirm the day before and also when 10 minutes away.Dropped off on time.Picked up on time with verification calls.Delivered my container on the day it was arranged.I called to have them pick up my empty container early instead of the scheduled day, they accommodated me no problems.Side Note: Nothing was damaged or moved the container was literally the same as when it left *******. ... read more

This is the second time I have used Pack Rat for a move. They were extremely helpful in the delivery to my home and then very accommodating when I asked them to move the unit to our new home. It necessitated the driver having to unload and turn the unit around to face the other direction and did so with absolutely nothing but professionalism in performance and attitude.
