Moved from **to **. Great customer service when I made first call to get quote, negotiate a discount and book the service. I appreciated the online access to our account throughout process. They were flexible with drop off and pick up date and met our needs. Driver called ahead before dropping off container to make sure he placed it correctly. Both Pick up and drop off containers were delivered on time with no issues, All the drivers were very knowledgeable and experienced, and knew what they were doing. In addition to being courteous and helpful. Our container was stored in their facility for 1 month while we prepared our new living quarters. used the to load up a shipping container while i made the move about 45 min away they really helped me take my time and pack up at my own pace and moved the container on the days i needed and with extra care at less than half the price of their competitor ****. I will definitely use on my next move.

We are a heating and air and crawlspace company who ordered a local delivery of a mobile storage unit for a customer to have belongings put into while we did some work. Delivery was done when we agreed, pickup was done when we agreed, and it was easy to get a person on the phone for service. The pricing was up front and easy to understand, and we had a great experience.

We needed to do an across-half-the-country move for our son (CA to MO). PackRat's quote came in far less than a popular competitor's, so we made arrangements with them. Since I tend to have very low expectations and am rather pessimistic, particularly when it comes to customer service, I figured something would go wrong somewhere along the line. From the very beginning, 1-800-PACK-RAT was a pleasant experience. They were prompt and capable and friendly and careful to attend to details. Even when a truck broke down on its way to our house and when a big snowstorm kept them from picking up the pod until a day late, the manager was quick to reach out to address our concerns and keep us informed. Great Process from Start to Finish. The customer service team explained in simple detail how it would work. Imagine they actually did exactly what they said they would do. Helped figure the size of the container for my move from ** ** **. Then they deliver on time an empty container and take care not to damage my pavers on my driveway. Then they pick up exactly when they say so as not to cause stress during my move. We compared prices with *** and ***** and when I talked to a representative regarding a price quote, PackRat offered to meet or beat my other cross country quotes. Container was delivered on time, picked up on time and received at our destination on time. Overall, a great experience. *** was easy to use with the doors opening they way they do. We did have to purchase our own lock however, and I believe it was supposed to come with a lock from them.
