They are the worst! Paid extra for an AM delivery. It did not show in the AM so I called was assured the driver was going to call me and they graciously gave me the extra for the AM delivery back. Well called again and they are not even coming at all. So here sits all my items in the pouring rain! They do NOT care that I took off work and waited and hired people to move these items so they could be placed into the container as soon as it arrived. They told me to go put a tarp over it. This company is a nightmare to work with. Hold times for customer service are so bad you have to request a callback which can be up to 3 hours. And when you finally talk to someone (eight times) I've been repeatedly LIED to. If you log a message online there is never a response. The last call promised pickup and offered a $50 credit... which again was a lie and an insult.The container scheduled to move on 6/8 didn't happen until 6/10. I have moved across the country multiple times with multiple moving companies and this is by far the worst.I spent what felt like hours confirming my move with representatives over the phone because they kept typing in the wrong information into their system. In April, I booked a container to arrive on June 16, 2023. Two days prior, I received several emails, reminding me that my container would be arriving. On the day of arrival, my husband stayed home, waiting for the container. When he had not heard anything that afternoon, he called Pack Rat, and was told not to worry, the container was coming. So I booked 2 containers to arrive today. I missed a phone call at 6:45am (!) and text at 7:25am saying they would deliver at 7:25am. Who knew they even delivered that early - no phone call the day before to give me a heads up to expect early morning calls on a Saturday no less. W started communicating with Pack Rat in December 2022 to inquire about the services being offered at the time and finally scheduled something for February 2023. The driver that came to drop off the Pod didn't know how to park and called the office to state this and attempted to cancel. I coordinated with over 4 customer service reps for my service and every single promise that was made (and charged extra for) was not met. I was promised a credit and was charged full price. I now was promised a refund and a receipt and did not get it.Not a single positive thing to say about this company.Coming from a property manager who works with numerous vendors/moving companies.

I moved from ***** to ******. When they arrived in Kansas, they dropped the container at the wrong spot inspite of me telling the driver not to place it there. He literally did not listen and ignored me....very disappointed on where it was dropped. He said he was told to do so by his local facility(in ******) manager ****. I should have gone with UBox from UHaul. They have small containers and people are easier to work with. With PackRat, I was promised something and delivered something else. My container number was HD61596
