From the very beginning, 1-800-PACK-RAT was a pleasant experience. They were prompt and capable and friendly and careful to attend to details. Even when a truck broke down on its way to our house and when a big snowstorm kept them from picking up the pod until a day late, the manager was quick to reach out to address our concerns and keep us informed. Great Process from Start to Finish. The customer service team explained in simple detail how it would work. Imagine they actually did exactly what they said they would do. Helped figure the size of the container for my move from ** ** **. Then they deliver on time an empty container and take care not to damage my pavers on my driveway. Then they pick up exactly when they say so as not to cause stress during my move. We compared prices with *** and ***** and when I talked to a representative regarding a price quote, PackRat offered to meet or beat my other cross country quotes. Container was delivered on time, picked up on time and received at our destination on time. Overall, a great experience. *** was easy to use with the doors opening they way they do. We did have to purchase our own lock however, and I believe it was supposed to come with a lock from them.

Worst company I’ve ever experienced. They will over charge you whenever possible. They charge you prior to picking anything up but now after I no longer have a container they are trying to charge me again for transporting. Avoid at ALL COSTS! Get a ***, I promise they’re way better and the customer service is the best, unlike these rats.

We were in a bind & needed a 3rd container. They came through and delivered the next morning. They worked with us on delivery date. The containers have barn doors instead of roll ups which gives you extra room. Everyone we were in contact with was awesome! I highly recommend them.

1800PACKRAT was excellent. We were getting our floors redone and needed something to store our furniture in. The container was delivered on time and very clean. The driver was very friendly and made sure that I had no other questions before he left. When it was done with the container, I went to their website and scheduled a pickup time. I didn't even need to be home, which was great. I would highly recommend them for you storage needs.

1800packrat I had absolutely no issues whatsoever with. There prices were good, service was Great there drivers delivered the containers on time and carefully. They stored my container for several days and delivered when I needed it on time, I definitely would recommend and use them in the future.

If I could give this company a zero I would!!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They claim they have weather proof containers but they do not. I had two 16ft pods of everything I owned in them and they both leaked during a heavy storm. I paid extra for so called insurance but claim because there was no damage to pod that there was no way the water got in there. Are you kidding me!! I now have absolutely nothing .
