I ordered flower on Thursday 2/11/21 with the delivery date of 2/13/21....I kept checking my order and the status never said in transit. I called the 800 # and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes and was told that I should get my order before or by 8pm on 2/13/21...I informed the rep that my order was still in conformation status I was then placed on hold for another 10 minutes and then was informed that the flower would not get delivered until 2/16/21....at that time I reqested a refund and asked for a confomation of my... read more

My fiance ORDERED $150 of 2 dozen red roses with filler and 40 chocolates. What was RECEIVED was 1 dozen crushed red roses with no filler and 11 terrible tasting chocolates. Scam.

On Wednesday 2-10-21 my buddy and I went online to order flowers to be delivered to our girls' offices for Friday 2-12-21 at the exact same time. He used ********** and his arrived at his girls work at 10am on Friday. I picked 1-800-flowers.com. At 2:48pm on Friday it notified me it was now going to be delivered on the next day Saturday. They were using ***** as their delivery system. I called ***** with my tracking number and inquired what would happen if they delivered to a closed business. This company is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! I was doubled charged for an item I ordered. I called their "customer service" and they definitely sounded like they could care less. Was told it would take 3-5 days for a refund. Never got a refund. On the day that my order was to be delivered, I received a email saying that my delivery was going to be delivered 3 days late!! If I could use a 0 stars I would! Worst customer service EVER!! I paid extra to have my product delivered before 4pm as the company it was being delivered to closes at 5pm, it was not. I called and spoke to the worst agent, finally got over to a manager, the manager refunded me and said the delivery would still be made. Said they were contacting the local florist immediately and make sure it's delivered by 5pm. 5pm came and went no delivery was made. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - 1 star is too much!!!! This company is a SCAM and should be shut down. My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend, daughter and me to be delivered yesterday and NOTHING arrived. They doubled charged his bank to a total of $700. When he called customer service, he was passed around from one person to the next and then hung up on.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day to send to my daughter who is currently deployed overseas and hasn’t been able to come home due to COVID. I ordered these flowers 10 days in advance of the holiday to be delivered a day before Valentine’s Day, thinking I’d beat the rush.
