1800 flowers count your days . ????????????I will never ever order from them again. There customer service is horrible. I ordered flowers for my there website and I used ***** Pay when I did this it automatically filled in recipient information with my informal and would not let me change it. It would only allow me to pay for the order. I ordered a flower arrangement for a friends birthday. It looked like the driver dumped it and shoved it back in. Then 3 days later they wilted and died without even opening. I called and they sent a replacement. They were out of what I wanted so we settled on 12 tulips in a purple vase. She got two vases with 6 in each and again they were not arranged at all. My guess is they won't open and will wilt. Tried getting a refund with no luck. Don't buy from 1800flowers. Waste of money.

I ordered two floral arrangements for Valentine's Day February 14th 2021. The two dozen red roses arrangement for my wife was delivered to our home on Saturday February 13th. When I lifted the box from 1-800-Flowers I heard a jingling sound. Then, when I opened up the box to give to my wife the flowers I saw that the vase was broken. Run-Around Ordered bouquet of flowers online as a gift for my mother on Valentine’s Day. Ordered on Feb. 10th. Received a ph message saying that the bouquet was not available to be delivered in the area where mother lives—-but they still charged me $81; Called rep on Feb. 11 to get refund and he offered me another option for bouquet. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered a bouquet of flowers on 2/8/21 to be delivered to my mom on 2/17/21. On 2/17/21, I received an email from 1800Flowers that my order was being put together by a local florist, and I would receive another email once it was delivered. At 12:54pm EST I received a 2nd email from 1800Flowers that said my order had been delivered. It was not delivered to my mom's address. I ordered flowers on 2-09-21 for a friend. Was guaranteed delivery on 2-13-2021. Order was delivered in the afternoon of 2-15-2021. I called 1 800 Flowers to complain and the first to calls ended by them when I voiced a complaint. The third time I was on hold in between supervisors for almost an hour and was told there was nothing they could do. Do not order flowers from this company. They will not do what they say. They also charge a ridiculous delivery fee of 60%. Go somewhere else. **** *******

Please stay away from this company. Ordered flowers on 2.15.2021 It was supposed to be a surprise to me but it was completely ruined. The company sent a email to my boyfriend saying the flowers were delivered but they weren't. The company told me to check with my neighbors or outside the home but they didn't realize I have cameras and noone came to my house or were on my street around the time it says delivered . Absolutely awful. They took my order and of course my money and said 3 days for delivery to UK. I thought well, OK. Then 3 days later someone with a barely intelligible accent called to tell us it would be another 3 days. Three more days later still nothing has arrived. So I tried to get customer service. Got the automatic thing which eventually told me to wait and I'd be in touch with someone in 17 seconds. Needless to say, nobody ever got on.
