We had a coworker pass away suddenly. We all were overwhelmed and deeply sadden from our loss. On March 1st, I ordered the Peaceful Wishes Dish Garden. As soon as I pressed submit I knew I didn't get to put in the delivery address. Sure enough right there in black and white the recipient address was the same as the billing address. I just received the order to MY address NOT the correct address I called to correct three times. I spoke with Maybelle, Grace and Belle. They did not resovle the issue. I just got another deliver notice saying my delivery has shipped. Right address but WRONG NAME. I called back and Shirlene is now calling Fedex to correct the recipient name. Horrible service and I will give this review on any and every site possible because the service I received was unacceptable. I ordered flowers from them, got a call that they wouldn’t be able to deliver the flowers the day I asked so I requested they just cancel the order and refund me. That was February 10. I never received a confirmation of the cancellation so I called back to verify and that’s actually when the order was officially canceled. That was February 11. They told me 5 days after I placed an order that there was a problem - on the day that they were supposed to be delivered for a birthday. Their "solution"? Pick someone (presumably at random) in a completely different country and send the flowers to them instead. When I pointed out that this did not exactly help give the birthday gift to my family member, I was refunded, sent a $20 coupon (yeah, like I'll be using that), and called by the wrong name by their "customer service" - which should be "customer insult" agent. The absolute worst! Ordered flowers and was sent a cancellation email the night before delivery. Immediately phoned and demanded my money back. The order was on Feb 13th and the cancelation was Feb 18th. Today it is March 1st and I still do not have my $119 returned to me. Robot replies to emails and barely intelligible speaking people on the phone if you get through. Amazing that this company gets away with this. Never again.

Ordered funeral flowers for 2/27/21 delivery. Received an email that day that flowers couldn’t be delivered but would be delivered by noon on 2/28/21 (funeral was from 2-6pm on 2/28). Flowers were never delivered. The company is refusing to rectify the situation. DO NOT TRUST 1-800-FLOWERS WITH IMPORTANT OCCASIONS!
1-800-flowers is a terrible company to deal with. You can't delete your credit information without entering a different card. You need to contact them to delete your card information (no way to delete it online). I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes trying to delete card information (the representative couldn't find the form). There is no way to close your account online either. I ordered an arrangement for a friend who had lost her father. She sent a thank you text when she received the flowers, but when I saw what was delivered to her, I was extremely upset. It is not at all as described or shown in any image when I ordered from the 1-800 Flowers website. The only flower that is as pictured or described are the white roses, which are sparse in the arrangement that was delivered. NONE of the other flowers were as pictured or described. Worst scam ever! Flowers never show up, customer service is awful and says they cannot do anything after keeping you on hold for 30+ minutes. The order also auto signed us up for a $20 a year subscription plan without us knowing and that's also apparently non-refundable? NEVER ORDER FROM 1-800-FLOWERS. This "company" is a complete joke and is just a scam to take money away from people while delivering false promises on delivery dates (FYI again, the flowers will never show up).
