I placed an order and picked the delivery date I wanted my item to arrive. I paid extra for this "guaranteed" delivery for a birthday, only for it to arrive late. Who wants to celebrate their birthday a day late?! I would have bought something different if they had said, approx this date or anything of that nature. No a guaranteed delivery. I'll never use 1800 baskets again. $20 shipping for it to be late.
I placed an order last week. Today was delivery day. I called in to check and was told the shop wasn't making it. So you knew for a week, scammed me out of my money, and weren't even going to call? They placed me on a long hold to offer delivery tomorrow. Well after a long hold I am told first that it isn't available in my area but also capacity was reached. So they love to lie to you. I’m very disappointed! I used 1-800-Flowers for my Dad’s Funeral. They did not deliver the flower arrangement that was for the top of the casket. I called 6 times and they couldn’t find my order. This was after the service ended and they still didn’t locate the order. I wanted to talk to the manager and they told me the manager would talk to me in 15 minutes. I have still not heard back days later after calling multiple times to speak to the manager. Do not use this business.
Horrible service. Waiting 4 days now past delivery date. Have made 12 phone calls get a different story every time I’ve called. No one talks English or understands English. No one knows what the previous call was about, I was told they couldn’t even get in touch with the florist nor was the florist answering their messages. Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday same day delivery and they were never delivered! Customer service is horrendous and this service is unacceptable I will NEVER EVER EVER use this company again!!! Ever!
Terrible company and will never use again!! Ordered a tree of life and it was unavailable to deliver to the funeral home so I had to have it shipped to my house directly. I received an email stating the delivery date was going to be late and the tracking just said pending. So I contacted the company to be told it is going to deliver by 8pm that day. I ordered orchids to be deliver to my wife and was told they would be deliver next day, I really wanted the arrangement to be there on time it was a very special occasion sadly that was not the case my wife waited a whole day and the delivery never arrive. Extremely dissatisfied! I placed an order on 3/17/21 to be delivered on 3/18/21. They were sympathy flowers that I was sending to my friend and she knew to be expecting them. She stayed home all day and also has Ring doorbell. At 7:17PM, I received an email notification that a delivery attempt was made and that would they would re-attempt the following day.
