So first off I had never used 1800flowers and I will say this will be the last time. They charged an extra fee to have the flowers delivered the same day. After about 5 days when the flowers still hadn’t arrived, I contacted them and they said it would be another 2 days!! They refused to give me a refund for the extra same day shipping fee and even refused a full refund when I requested to cancel. I ordered a gift from one of their affiliates - The Popcorn Factory and paid $25.98 in expedited shipping to get the tin of popcorn (which cost $50.99) to arrive on my friend’s birthday (Wednesday, (3/24). When it did not arrive, I used their chat to track it and was told that I paid for standard shipping and it would arrive 3/27. Unhappy, I called and spoke to four people: 2 in customer service and 2 in billing. I ordered flowers for a friend who had lost a loved one. Said friend was only in town a short amount of time; I had the flowers delivered to her house. I ordered a large arrangement and card totaling over 80 dollars. The arrangement she received was small and looked NOTHING like the image on the page. There was not a larger option. I understand it might look slightly different, but it was terrible. In addition, they sent a card with "You Did It!" instead of "Big Hugs" on the front. NEVER DELIVER AS PROMISED!!!!!!! Second time I place an order for time sensitive flower delivery and don’t end up getting delivered until the following day! Customer Service so unprofessional and inconsiderate to the sensitivity of the subject. I will never order from 1800-flowers ever again!!!

They sent my order for to arrive for a funeral with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY card! And it was late! I had to call first because the website showed the order as “delivered” when it was still being assembled. The first phone representative had a limited understanding and ability with the English language. Their chat system kept cutting me off. Then I had to call AGAIN when I found out that my order finally arrived with the wrong card. The REALLY wrong card. I ordered some flowers for my daughter and I got a double billed and they told me that that’s a Holding charge that will drop off in a few days it was a double payment. In addition to that they added on some type of loyalty membership that cost me an extra $20. When I called to dispute it a woman who couldn’t speak English answered the phone and there was a baby screaming in the background. it bothers me to no extreme when I get ripped off

They are unreliable and very unprofessional. You can not understand a thing they are saying. I ordered flowers today to have delivered for my mothers Bday and they went to the wrong address. It was with great please to know that we still have some honest people out there. This family called me to let me know that my mom's Bday flowers were delivered to them and they called me from my information on the card and receipt. Their passport program is a scam. I signed up for the program in February 2020 because I figured, why not, I may send more flowers to make it worth my while. Well, from February 2020 December 2020 I used it a total of twice (which is pretty much a break even). My online profile showed zero credit cards or billing online, I saw no way to cancel it, so I thought it would automatically cancelled. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered on the same day. They gave me the run around all day and then said they would reimburse me 1/2 of my money. I will never ever use this sorry *** service again
