Please do not order from 1 800 flowers. I ordered very expensive arrangements - and when each of my friends received their flowers I was horrified. The flowers sent were not what was in the photo. I was EMBARASSED. I called and got foreign speaking individuals that assured me another arrangement would be sent and they never did. I ordered an "Elegant Blush Bouquet" and paid a little over $80, all included. The bouquet that arrived was nothing near "blush" and something I could have bought at the local supermarket for $12.99. When I called 1800Flowers, they offered to send another bouquet. That would make me look so stupid. I asked for a full refund, and they agreed, but I have yet to receive the confirmation email. I am worried that this will be a giant hassle. 1800Flowers used to be a great flower vendor, but now they are a mess.
If i could give them less than a star, I definitely would. Not only can they not provide you with the florist information. They also do not care about customer satisfaction. I talked to 3 agents.. all who had me on hold for 20 minutes if not more. Nobody wanted to escalate the situation after being on hold for several minutes since 10:40am. Really poor. Firstly, my order did not arrive on delivery date. They said they tried to deliver, but the recipient was in ALL DAY (she's in lockdown) so that is nonsense. Then I tried to contact them about the delivery delay - the online chat is AWFUL. The bot asks for all your info then doesn't pass any of that to an agent. Then I was abandoned by the chat agent TWICE! DO NOT use 1800Flowers! They take your money then deliver your flowers via a *** **truck. After being unhappy with the delivery to a family who lost their son, I tried to call their Customer Service. I discovered their Customer Service is located in the Philippines. It was very difficult to understand the agent and I was refused when I asked to speak to her supervisor. They did not deliver to my friends house - only after a homeowner drove over to my friends house noticed when she came home Easter after two days without water - flowers wilted ugh. There’s no such thing as customer service. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Your at your own risk. I’ll never ever use the place again
I ordered tulips for my Daughter in College as an Easter gift, as she was by herself in New York City for the holiday. Flowers were to arrive on Good Friday (they did not). I was told by a 1-800 flowers Customer Service that it was to be delivered the next day, but expect it by Easter. Easter came and went and I was told it was to be delivered on Monday. I will NEVER order from 1800flowers ever again after this last order. Although I placed my order a few days in advance, and paid $40 for shipping, the surprise for my anniversary was ruined. To make matters worse, customer service was difficult to get ahold of and didn't even refund my full order even though they didn't fulfill it as agreed upon during checkout. I placed an order for a fruit basket to be delivered as a sympathy gift on April 2. On April 2 I received an email advising the order would be delivered on April 3. I called on April 3 to confirm delivery as promised. They confirmed. I tracked with ***** and found the order wasn't even in the same state where delivery was promised. NEVER AGAIN!!!
