I will NEVER purchase flowers for delivery with this company again! Qi paid for same day delivery and my flowers did not show up on time. It was my wife’s last day at work and I wanted that to be special. This is the 2nd time in a row that this has happened. The first time I tried to over look it. Please do not waste your time or money with this company!
Do yourself a favor and walk away from doing business with this company. They gladly take your money and say they will deliver on a certain date and then don’t deliver or communicate a delay. Instead they sit on orders for weeks until they decide to ship something out and you have to fight with support to get your paid item out the door. False advertising all over the place!
I have placed three orders with this company and every time they took the money, did not deliver the flowers, and put me through an exhausting multiple day, multi hour process of repeating myself over and over again with different customer support staff who kept ending our conversation and then having me start a new with someone else. I purchased an arrangement and chocolate covered strawberries for my fiancee to be delivered on her birthday. The arrangement arrived a day early and it was not the one I purchased. This one had roses in it and my fiancee has adverse reactions to rises so we couldn't even bring them in the house.. The strawberries arrived a day late, after we had went to bed so they sat on the porch all night. I called the company to let them know what happened. Terrible company!! Ordered flowers for a funeral and spoke directly to an agent to make sure they would arrive the day before the funeral. I item came to the funeral home and wasn’t even what I ordered!! The 3 other items arrived 2 days after the funeral!!! Spent 4 days on the phone for over an hour each time to get compensated and just got the run around. Heart breaking for the family during their time of grief. Doubt if it will ever get credited to my account. Never use this company!!!!
I ordered flowers for my parents 31st wedding anniversary on 3/17. The flowers they received were wilted and looked nothing like what I had ordered. Per my parents report the arrangement was very small. I paid well over $100 for this. I called customer service around noon, she told me she would have another florist in the area deliver same day a new arrangement. I agreed to this. I tried contacting 1800flowers.com and ****************** on February 14, 2021. As of today March 17, 2021, I have not heard from them. This is what I wrote. I am writing to let you know that we are very disappointed in your choice of vendors. Today is my daughter's 18th birthday on Valentines' day and the flowers delivered yesterday were not fresh. I have a ring camera, they said they attempted to deliver but clearly that wasn't true. I called them several times and they seemed more confused than I was. After getting so fed up with the excuses I asked to speak with a manager and was told they will give me a call. Do I need to keep writing, you know they didn't call back. I will never use 1800 flowers again. Terrible service and one of the worst customer services I've ever used.
I ordered flowers and a card from 1800flowers website on March 17th, 2021. I choose from the same day guarantee delivery if ordered by 2:30pm. Within a 10 minutes of ordering I called and spoke to customer service and made sure the order was correct. Customer service said that everything was on track.
