Got basket as a gift. Packing slip said grande but mailing label and contents were deluxe basket. Called customer service twice and was either disconnected or hung up on. The basket we got did not even include all of the items listed on their website. The basket itself was junk, wobbly and bent. The picture of the gift looks great on their website, but what you get is not. The boxes in the picture are large but there is almost nothing in them. This cost $60.00 but was worth $15.00 at best.
I bought a centerpiece that was suppose to look like a birthday cake. I paid $57. I got a call the day it was suppose to be delivered and I was told that they couldn't make that centerpiece today and get it out for delivery. The guy said but we can send a replacement of equal value and give you a 50 percent off coupon for future use. Flowers were left on my porch with no phone call, no knock, no doorbell. I saw them by accident. So tightly wrapped up, I could hardly get them out and they were smashed. Every person who answers the complaint line can barely speak English, and you have to ask them to repeat themselves three times before you can understand them. Horrible company.
I had an order on my e-mail from them I never made. (I have ordered from them in the past). They tried to first 20% off then 50%. Finally they agreed to cancel the order that I never made! I’m not sure if they have a scam going on or not.
I ordered two bonsai trees for my wife as a birthday present. One of the trees arrived on time but absolutely looked nothing like what was advertised in their website. I had ordered a "medium" one but was sent one that was actually smaller than the "small" one. It looked like a small plant put into a planter rather than a bonsai tree. Ordered flowers at 10:00am at 3:10 I received a call asking to use different color roses. I then at 4:10 got another call saying they could not deliver until the next day. I received confirmation they would be delivered that day. Top it off they will not give you back your money for 3-5 days. The people your talking to barely know english and you can not understand them. I have used this service for years but I never will again. Also filing a complaint with California Secretary of State
Lousy customer service. My original order, that was placed ten days in advance, was actually delivered a day late. The flowers, in this late order, were all frozen. When I complained, the company representative offered a replacement and assured that it was arrive on a specific date and the it would contain fresh flowers. I really wish I could give zero or negative stars. I placed a order on 2/6 for flowers for my mother ( whi is house bound ), to be delevered flexable between the 12th and the 14th. Plenty of time right? Foumd out there was " a attempt made " so no delv. Customer service said they could redo the order and provide me with a discount on my next order. Ordered bouquet of flowers online as a gift for my mother on Valentine’s Day. Ordered on Feb. 10th. Received a ph message saying that the bouquet was not available to be delivered in the area where mother lives—-but they still charged me $80. Called rep on Feb. 11 to get refund and he offered me another option for bouquet. I spoke with rep on phone for about 20 minutes deciding on another bouquet. I wanted flowers delivered on Feb 12.
