I feel robbed by these people! I expected a certain level of quality for the amount of money I spent. I'd steer clear of these fraudsters! You're much better off contacting local places directly and I will certainly do so from now on!

Twice ive ordered flowers for my wife at least 2 weeks in advance and they waited until day the order was supposed to ship and informed me the item i ordered is not available. Its Friday, Valentine's day is Sunday and I've nothing for my wife! I travel for work so i cannot run down and buy her something! I will never use them again! Ever!

This business is ludacris! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's place of work before she would get off. These flowers will be delivered supposed to be delivered for Valentine's Day. I paid extra to have these shipped to her work and on time. This idiotic company chose a florist that was almost 9 hours away from where it was supposed to be delivered, and this was on the day of delivery!!!! Plus keep in mind there was a florist that is only 4 hours away so why they chose the first one makes no sense. I am so mad righ... read more

Not at all happy and VERY ******. My guy friend decided to send me Valentine’s Day goodies from this company. He spent around $85 or more. I got the box delivered and opened it. Got a white bear, a little valentine balloon, little thing of chocolates and a vase and 2 packets of flower food but one thing was missing.... THE FLOWERS! How can a place called 1-800-flowers forget the **** flowers?!? Customer service is a **** joke too. Might just be automated robots responding back...

I ordered flowers for my wife and they were frozen on delivery and the calilys looked yellow and dead. I understand this happens but I called and the representative was rude and didn't work with me at all. They will never have my business again and I will make sure to let others know of my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I accidentally spelled the name wrong of the person getting the flowers. I was immediately sent a confirmation number in my email which stated i could modify the order. I tried to modify the order within 5min of placing the order, the website didn't even have a modify button, so I called the company. The customer service rep told me "Sorry, our website is misleading. You cant modify orders or cancel them. The only thing I can do is call *****." Customer service personnel and website are both untrained and inept. Took my order online without an ability to deliver to my zip code. Dealt with 3 (three) individuals in an attempt to cancel my order or obtain status of said order. This time frame was three days(3) before finally resolving( waiting for my refund ) the transaction. I will NEVER use this service again!

Utterly horrible customer service. It the year 2021 and they could no process a delivery address change within 15 minutes o placing an order and they also reuse to cancel order. Stay away from this company. Worthless customer service.

Horrible service. Didn’t get my flowers. They wouldn’t give me a refund. Had to dispute with my bank. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No one was helpful. They didn’t want me to get my money back. No one could help me very disappointing.
