ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. How do they stay in business? They are frauds! Flowers received were 1/3 of the size I ordered and many flowers were half dead! Save your sanity and contact a local florist directly!!
The absolute worst experience with any company. And in light of the thousands of other people rating them as one star, they should be put out of business. I ordered a 12-month plant subscription as a gift. Neither of the first two orders ever arrived. In order to get a refund and cancel I had to call three different phone numbers, the first person was only able to refund one of the two charges, then I had to call a billing department number to refund the second charge, and then I had to call a "Passport Specialist" to cancel... read more
Dishonest company. They will show an order status as delivered even if it hasn’t been delivered. Be sure to check with the person you’re sending to to see if they actually got it. Or just don’t use this company
I ordered a fruit bouquet to be delivered to my mom on her birthday. Ordered way in advance. I received an email that it was delivered, however it was not. Dealing with customer service was very frustrating. They gave me a refund and a $20 credit so I tried to order some thing else approximately three weeks later for a friend who is ill. I would put zero stars if I could. The first problem was that when I originally placed the order, I did not notice that it would take two weeks to get the flowers to their destination. I then called a local florist and was able to get the flowers from a local florist by the next day. I called and attempted to get the order from 1 800 flowers canceled and was told that it would be canceled. My husband has always used 800-Flowers.com so I used it to send my Sister In Law flowers as she is recovering from surgery since she lives in GA and I live in NC. She LOVES stargazer lilies. So much, in fact, she has a tattoo of them. I specifically picked those flowers. Well, I realized today that the flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and I never received a text. Unbelievable!!! How does this business have an "A+" rating with so many bad reviews. I ordered flowers for my sister and mom for Christmas and the difference between their picture and the actual flowers delivered was ridiculous! Maybe I should say insulting.... I wrote to them about this issue and offered to send them a picture that my mom and sis sent. No answer yet.... I will update when, and if, they respond. Don't believe their pictures!
I don't think I have have experienced so much frustration, exasperation, and unknowledgeable customer service people, in dealing with a company than 1-800 Flowers. In trying to correct my order, (I used a discount that they sent me, through one of their many, many emails, and it never deducted from my order, and only 15 tulips showed up on my confirmation vs. 30), and I didn't notice this before I placed the order. Ordered christmas flowers for friend that has just lost her husband and is alone. I received email stating they were delivered, however they were not! . Contacted CS and was given another order number, told I would get a 20.00 savings pass and was told by the CS lady she was done! I believe I should have been given a discount or even refund on this order. Also the lady I spoke to could not speak english very well, very difficult to understand!
