Flowers were never delivered. I placed order on Dec 11 for Dec 22 delivery. On Dec 23, I called and they lied, saying they tried to deliver - which they never did. They told me they would be delivered that day. On Dec 24, I called again and they said there were some issues but they would make sure they were delivered. Funny that on Dec 24, I received two emails - one asking me to rate my flowers - the other one saying that I still had time to order flowers and get them delivered that day!!! I would leave zero stars if that were an option. I ordered flowers from 1800Flowers to be delivered on December 24. I received false notification that the flowers were delivered. The next day, I spoke with the recipient and found the flowers were NOT delivered. The worst part was when I tried to speak with a supervisor to obtain customer satisfaction, I was told they were too busy to speak with me and would not call back. I ordered flowers for my mom who is in a nursing home to be delivered December 24, 2020. They were for my parents 69th wedding anniversary & Christmas. She has not had any visitors for months due to COVID & we wanted her to have something to cheer her up. Flowers were not delivered & I received no notification that they would not be delivered. Worst customer service! I received an email regarding my order two days before it's suppose to be delivered found out my order was damaged by ***** and would not be deliver on time. I called and spoke to three different reps three different times who had no clue about my order just kept telling me its on its way. order came 4 days late. i ordered white flowers w pine cones and blue xmas bulbs...arrived at wrong address. They were pink roses and lillies and were still in the cellophane paper along with an empty vase. I paid over $100 for an arrangement that i could have ran through ******* for less than $20 for. Absolute SCAM! they sent some piece of garbage that was 1/10th the size of what i purchased. They are a fraud.
Do not do business with these people. On 12/19 I ordered a basket, their website kept getting stuck during the ordering process and I had to back out and re do parts of the order. The next day I logged into my account and they had charged me THREE times for THREE orders of the exact same thing to be delivered to the same person. 1-800-Baskets was misleading on their promotions and total cost, and shipping time— and unwilling to cancel an order that included an item we were scammed into purchasing. At checkout, they offered to add-on an additional item, and doing so would waive our shipping cost. We selected this option (since the add on was about the same price as shipping, seemed like a good idea to get an item for the price we would have paid for shipping). I ordered a birthday arrangement for my grandfather about (2) weeks before his birthday, to be delivered on his 92 birthday. A few days after I ordered the arrangement I received a call from a family member that my grandfather had unfortunately passed away. I then reached out to 1-800 Flowers customer support the same evening to cancel the delivery of the arrangement, I didn't even request a refund I just didn't want any arrangements arriving at his doorstep that said "Happy Birthday" because it would be really insensitive. ... read more
