I ordered from the Popcorn Factory, a subsidiary of this company who truly failed. I placed two orders on 9/28/2020 one was delivered 6 days before the desired date and the other not delivered at all. I finally called on the last day it was due to arrive and was told that the product was no longer available that was to be delivered btw 10/26-10/30. I ordered a dozen Halloween berries for our anniversary on October 28, 2020 to be delivered October 30, 2020. We were told to expect them by 8pm but never received them. This is not the first time we have had issues with them. Previously, we ordered berries and they were extremely small and not worth the value. I was hoping they had improved when placing this order but I am very disappointed. Not only has this ruined an anniversary surprise but I will never use Shari’s Berries again!

Horrible experience. I would never use again. I ordered some goodies for my nieces and nephews and only half the order shipped. When i called they said the remainder of the order would be there at some point during the day. It never came. I called the following day i was told the same thing but the order never came. Finally on the third day i cancelled the order. I placed my order a good 6 weeks out to ensure it was delivered on a certain day and not only did it not get there that day, it never got there at all. Just awful

I Ordered flowers at 12 pm for delivery, I had received a confirmation order and then a few hours later a attempted delivery. Come to find out they lied there was no attempt which is really disappointing since they were for a funeral. So I call the next day cause they are still not out for delivery. Come to find out they never attempted and the email was a complete lie. Worst online experience i ever had! It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but they lied that they try to delivered it but my sister in law was home all day (plus this days they just leave the flowers at the door steps) they never went. They delivered the fruit boquete today All the strawberries were rotten, it was dirt on everywhere plus they didn’t included a ballon that i order as well.

1800Flowers are not here to do an honest business! I was charged twice and delivered the wrong product! It had been very frustrating and disappointing not to mention all the valuable time wasted to get this matter resolved. To be clear, I only authorized for one delivery. I ordered a flower arrangement for an important occasion. Called the company the next day to confirm the delivery but my order could not be found anywhere. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRR. TRIED TO ORDER SOMETHING NICE FOR MY WIFE THEY WOULDN'T DROP OFF THE FLOWERS AND THEN MADE A NEW ORDER AND THE SAME THINGGGGGGG. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN ITS A SCAM DONT DO IT.

Untrustworthy. Placed order for funeral, tracker showed delivered but was not. After complaining to customer service wanting refund replacement order was made..AGAIN not delivered but tracked as delivered. Twice ordered, twice reported as delivered. After several emails, online chats, and excessively long calls I got a refund. It is impossible to speak to a supervisor to get issue resolved in timely manner. Since deliveries were not available on 10/12/2020 due to being Indigenous Peoples / Columbus Day, I chose to have my order delivered the next day, 10/13/2020. When I got my order confirmation on 10/8/2020 I noticed that they had mistakenly listed my name as both the sender & recipient!
