my husband purchased an arrangement for our anniversary. We received an email at 3pm saying they were delivered. We were told that they weren't considered "late" until 8pm and couldn't cancel the order. At 7pm, the driver showed up. The fliwers looked NOTHING CLOSE to the photo. Horribly disappointed. Will never shop with them again.
NO INTEGRITY! Order one thing delivered another (they actually downgrade the delivered version). Call Customer rep they simply say the arrangement ordered was out (why not notify customer in advance then?). Then was told will deliver next day and next day come still no flower but a notification saying that arrangement also out. Bottom line please avoid the hassle ordered elsewhere or buy from ****** or ****** same quality and much more affordable.

I ordered 2 baskets for my mother for her birthday. She is quarantined in a Nursing Facility due to corona virus. She only received one of them. I called and they told me the 2nd one was delivered. I told them it was not after speaking with my Mom. She got it the following week which was 5-6 days later than promised. I got a larger charge than I should have. 1-800-Flowers.com "*****!" On July 24, 2020, I ordered the large purple Elegant Calla Lily plant for my friend's birthday. The picture on the website showed this beautiful, fully blossomed plant with 10 purple lillies. Today, July 29th my friend received a skimpy plant with only 2 purple lillies. worst customer service, i ordered flowers for a funeral, what they tried to send wasn't even close to what was order, i called customer service and explained i wanted to cancel the order and was hung up on three times. i have a disput with ****** now. WARNING this company operates like they are trying to scam people that put thier trust in them. Please think very carfully in you are desperate enough to use them, and GOOD LUCK!
I placed an order on the July 22nd for my mother who was recovering from surgery. The order total was $74.17, to include a surprisingly high shipping charge of $29.98. While I initially thought the shipping fee was a little excessive, I let the matter go as the package was promised to be delivered "on or by" the 25th. First of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered on last Wednesday, but never got there until Thursday. The person it was for was flying out late on Wednesday night, and she didn't get the surprise. The flowers were left and when she got back home the peddles brown and it was a mess. I ordered a small arrangement of sunflowers for a friend on the 17th of July to be delivered on the 20th. By the 22nd, they had not been delivered. I contacted customer service and was told the local florist they work with doesn't deliver to that zipcode, so they just didn't fill the order. I was not notified or updated about this at all. They refunded me $14 of the $50 I spent, said they would reschedule a new delivery with a different florist and it would be delivered on the 23rd.
