I will never use 1-800-disappointment again! It just seems that every time I order something it never gets delivered! This has happened three times! Yes, shame on me. There is something wrong with the system, especially customer service! They tend to LIE to you so that you will feel better about your order and not be upset. I don't thank I've ever done business with such blatant in your face take your money and run people, there nothing but a bunch of low life thieves, I ordered flowers and balloons for my sweethearts birthday, they where never delivered, I've been on the phone twice with, there's no explanation, they refused to return my money, however they did offer a 20 percent discount on my next order, as if someone would do business with twice, I'm going to start a claim with ****** hopefully they can get my money back.

Ordered a unicorn birthday cake bouquet and i am not sure what was delivered - not what i ordered, for sure. Sad we can’t share pictures here because images would have talked more than 1000 words.

My daughter ordered a Cala lily plant for Mother’s Day . It was wilted and dying within one week and completely dead in two weeks. They would not replace it because it was over one week! Seriously a potted plant should only last one week? Pool customer service!

I ordered something with them from one of the sister companies online, called Goodsey. I was a set of dishes to be delivered to my mom for Mothers day. The item was to be shipped and would be arriving a week after Mothers Day, I think mainly due to the pandemic, which is understandable. The date of its arrival came and went. My mom stayed home that day to received her gift, that never showed up. I never got an email or anything from the company stating what happened. I ordered my sisters flowers on line on Friday as she's trying to recover from Cancer for her 3rd time. I wanted to send her a little something to surprise and cheer her up. I entered her Canada address and was NEVER informed that they would ship her flowers from the other side of Canada and they WOULDN'T be delivered to her. Long story short, they overcharged my card by roughly $1,000 for two orders and then I spent roughly four hours on the phone to get the overcharge refunded. Then my mother didn’t receive her strawberries on Mother’s Day and I called and was told I was getting a refund; they delivered three items but didn’t deliver strawberries.
