Ordered two bouquets of flowers only one was delivered. The day of delivery the delivery person pounded on my door I thought he was trying to knock it down. After numerous calls the second bouquet was delivered the next day at 8:45 pm...seriously!!! very poor management and organization from the top all the way down. They only care about getting your money. They are not a customer service company.

I don't take the time to write reviews like I should; however, I stopped everything that I was doing to write this review. I haven't ordered from 1800 Flowers.com in about 6 years because they let me down several times in not delivering flowers to my 100 year old aunt and my 89 year old aunt. I was so disappointed. So I decided to order some today with the Same Day Delivery method. I ordered them a little after 1pm to be delivered today. I put in a birthday order no problem but I had to call customer service 4 times to find out that order would not be delivered on the day order.They wanted to deliver it the following day ,I asked for a refund and now I have to wait 10 business day to get my money there the worst .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1800 flowers.com. I ordered flowers for my brothers funeral, never were delivered, when I called they said they were not able to fill the order. But would send my sister inlaw a flower delivery next week! Now what good is that!!!! The did say the would refund me half my order, am tempted to contact ****** re my payment to them! I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I was charged 2 times for a dozen of strawberries. I originally attempted to by from ****** ************ but was forwarded to 1800-Flowers which I guess sent me to Shari's Berries. How could I be so stupid? I paid $110 in total for 12 strawberries. I had to call my bank and change my debit card number because I wanted to send my girlfriend something to make her smile. It's a shame that a company like this exists. How could people be so evil?

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend’s mother for Mother’s Day. I paid extra to have them delivered that weekend on either Saturday or Sunday. The flowers did not arrive until late Monday (around 9:00pm), the vase was broken, and they brought a totally different bouquet than the one I ordered. I spent close to $150, and what they brought was a very cheap arrangement. Absolutely horrible! Website says order before 2PM get same day delivery. I ordered at 4am, they sent my $100 worth of flowers to an address that wasn't even close. When I tried to reschedule delivery they told me it was too late at 11:30am. Much better websites that are more reliable and way cheaper. The florist that they hired was 30 minutes away and totally incompetent.

My order was supposed to arrive a month ago. I've received no emails or other contact at all from the business to resolve the issue. This is the 3rd time with bad experience with this business.

We have been running our flowershop business for 20 years, and we were approached by Paige from Bloomnet who wanted to sign us up for a 3 month trial with NO FEES. Upon review of the final statements, we realized that we were shorted by Bloomnet by hundreds of dollars. In Paige’s first emails, she stated that there would be 3 months with NO FEES.
