I give 0 stars. My flower order was never delivered to my mom on her birthday after speaking with representatives for 2 days straight! Terrible company! They won’t even disclose what local company is handling your order. This company is a bunch of LIES LIES LIES. They called my mom personally to apologize and still no delivery! What a joke. Company is a scam.

Placed 2 orders within 15 days of each other. Order 1 arrived 5 days late, flowers infested with aphids, 10 of 24 roses badly damaged, the rest of the roses were unslavagable as they had been in transit longer than acceptable. Order 2 was supposed to be same-day delivery from local vendor. Local vendor did not have product in supply. No email or telephonic update on order or new delivery date. 1800Flowers does not sell flowers, they sell convenience. I ordered a 300 dollar arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home today as instruced by the funeral director. 1800 flowers website track order status said the arrangement was "delivered" today, so I called the funeral home to ensure they received them. The funeral director looked everywhere, including the porch, no flowers. Called 1800 flowers to find out where they were delivered and was told they have not been delivered , which directly conflicts with their own website, SHADY! I ordered flowers online for same day delivery and agreed to pay the additional money to guarantee that happened. I ordered early in the day to help ensure it. Since I also included chocolates in the order we waited around all day so we would be there when it was delivered since it's hot weather. The delivery never arrived. They never delivered the strawberries I ordered. I followed the so-called delivery tracking they provided and watched as it said the delivery arrived. What a joke! This was a gift for my spouse, so both of us were at the residence at the time of the so-called "delivery." Any attempt to contact them is met with an email asking for the exact same details of the order listed in previous e-mails which are all linked together both in my response and in their replies.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered flowers for my sister in-laws funeral on August 14, 2020. I placed the order and was told they would be delivered by 8pm. I received a phone call stating my arrangement wouldn't be ready until the day of the funeral. No problem, until the day of I'm told that the flowers could be delivered between 8am-5pm. Which would be too late for the funeral. Thankfully the florists was also confused with what this company was telling them and called me themselves.... read more

I ordered a specific arrangement (The Coastal Arrangement) for my mom for her birthday. I can’t see her due to Covid-19. The flowers that were delivered were embarrassing. The base was nothing like the one pictures, and it wasn’t even the same color scheme or flowers. The company advertises same day delivery if you place irder before a soecified time. I did that. They uodated the status of order and stated it was delivered. The order was never delivered. The recipient was at the address until late (11pm) waiting and the flowers, teddy bear, and chocolates never arrived. I placed an order through 1-800 Flowers and they used a local florist to fulfill the order. It was supposed to be a surprise for my friend ON her birthday. No one contacted me to tell me the status of the order or around what time they would deliver it (even though I requested to get text messages updates).
