I ordered flowers early morning for same day delivery. Never happened. Ordered Flowers for my mom on September 17th 2020. No flowers delivered. Called back the next day to 1800 flowers and. flower shop trucks already out supposedly. No flowers. Promised delivery for Saturday. Called 1800 flowers to confirm my delivery, on Saturday. Flower shop closed still no flowers and its September 19th. Do not order from this company. They lack professionalism. Your loved ones will not receive their flowers.

This is one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with customer service. I purchased online and paid for same day delivery to my sister who had just lost a loved one and after calling three times, I was eventually told they could not be delivered. I was first told that they resent the order out as they stated I said I did not receive the order (not the case, I called to get a confirmation email) then after 10 hours of waiting, I called when the order still wasn't delivered and was told it couldn't be delivered at al... read more

Attempted to place an order for 7 floral arrangements to be delivered to my mom for her 70th birthday on the website and it would not process, so I called 1800-flowers. It took the rep 53 minutes to complete my order. I spelled the gift message letter for letter at least 5 times. I requested that the same message be added to each item. I even asked if I could email the rep my gift message to make sure it was spelled correctly, but was told they can’t receive emails. The flowers looked great, the customer service is garbage at best... I tried to email and review through their channels but either got redirected or all of the sudden had an error. Maybe I am a jaded but I’m guessing it was the review that made it error out. Among other issues, I wouldn’t suggest you order anything from them until they fix their service side (**** is full of similar issues). Go to your local flower shop like I should have.

Horrible customer service. Please people beware. I ordered flowers for a funeral that never showed up. Trying to get a credit back on my credit card has been something. I keep being told different things (I will receive a credit email within 10 minutes, 24 hours, I won't. This is basic information their employees should know. Please beware before you use them.

I placed an $150 order but $50 dollar order was sent! When I called to complain, they apologize & promised to replaced as showed online but they instead sent the same item again!!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered the next day. I received order confirmation and next day delivery confirmation. Flowers were never delivered. I called customer service and they assured me the flowers were delivered but set up new order. Same thing the next day. Confirmation of delivery but no delivery made. Day 3 same thing. I lost my patience with customer service, they promised me 1/2 off and free chocolate with new delivery. For the third year in a row they have charged my credit card for a auto renewal and for the 3rd time I have called and had it refund and told it will not happen again. The website would not allow me to delete my credit info. I believe this is a scam . They charge your card thinking you won’t notice or just forget about trying to stop it. My credit card company said i would probably have to cancel the card because somehow it was charged although the card now has a new billing and expiration date.

Ordering flowers for my grandmother for Grandparents' Day turned into a nightmare. DO NOT USE 1800 FLOWERS!!!!!! The online ordering process was fine, and I signed up for text alerts about my order. On the day of delivery I received a call at 4:27 that afternoon stating they needed to talk about my order and gave me an order # to reference. I am not 100% convinced this wasn't a scam call!
