Poor customer service. Constantly pressuring me to buy other products when I called for help. Overseas agents can neither understand nor communicate in English adequately. Did not understand my problem and did not solve it in a timely manner. Numerous problems with this company. In fact, not one order from them has gone without a problem.
I ordered chocolate baskets online, but the shipping charge was not displayed until I hit "place order", and it was exhorbitant. I immediately started the online chat and said I wanted to cancel. Ordered flowers To be deliver same Day before the time cut off for my Aunt. They were never delivered, nor was I contacted To let me know they would not be. Email status stayed at “confirmed”. Finally got though to customer service to be told the arrangement was not available in that area and I would be refunded. Never received refund, or Email confirming said refund. there web site is confusing . it says 10% off in one section and advertises free shipping and another page says 20% off. After i ordered and wanted to use discount or free shopping could not get thru to anyone speaking english enough for me to cancel order and dog barking incessantly in background of customer service person who could not understand me either. so still having trouble cancelling order
I placed an order at 5:33am on the 14th. by 11am I get a call asking if they can deliver on the 15th. Well I paid 2.99 to have it delivered on see its not even in transit. So where's my money?
Our firm ordered a sympathy display for a funeral. I made sure to schedule the delivery for the day prior to the service so there would be no issues. Customer service reps called and/or emailed almost twice each day leading up to the delivery to confirm the information which I did on at least 5 different occasions. This place is an absolute scam! Go somewhere else for your needs please and save yourself the headache. Placed an orders for an arrangement on the day my friends wife died and paid almost $100 for it to be delivered next day. So he sends me a pic of the flowers he received to thank me and I was horrified! Never again.....This company is very messed up. I ordered on line and did choose to add strawberries to my order. Nothing arrived even though I did receive a text message that my order was delivered. Calling customer service was awful, the agent would not listen to what I was explaining, she only wanted to keep saying the same thing and would not transfer my call to someone who would understand what I was saying and who could help resolve the matter.
