If I could put 0 stars I would. They will charge you for a membership you never signed up for and then not allow you to take your card off their website or cancel your account. I was hung up on 3 times by customer service agents and also told I could not speak to a supervisor about anything.

I placed an order for a peace lily for my grandmother, due to her husband passing. The florist that delivered did not knock, call, ring doorbell, kick the door, scream, honk or anything else. They chose to leave it outside and it was not found until the next evening. It was frozen. I communicated with customer service and they re ordered one and said it would be delivered today. I spent, all total, $75.00 fir a “large arrangement” to be sent to my sister on her birthday. It was a beautiful arrangement full of roses and full of a variety of other beautiful flowers to include at least a half dozen roses and a sprinkling of baby’s breath. My sisters order didn’t include the basket with the flowers which I ordered on 1-21-21. The replacement order was to come to my house but this company kept giving the local florist the wrong address! The address was clearly stated on the invoice. The reps don’t understand English (3 times I spelled out my address). The supervisors don’t help either. Ordered same day, not delivered Just be aware that you can order, get a confirmation, and be charge, and they won’t deliver. I found that out today and 1800 has the audacity to cancel my order so I’m left to figure out another option. The good news is there are many options. And I imagine there are others receive this sort of bait and switch service I used 1800 for over a decade and I believe the service today doesn’t meet the prior standards.

I was trying to order two arrangements - both over $100, but could not figure out how to have two separate cards. Instead, I placed the first order and accidentally clicked on the Passport program for $19.99 which included free delivery for a year. There was no way to Unclick the button or delete the Passport from my order. On top of that I was charged a $12.99 shipping fee. Company emailed me 15% off coupon code 3x in 1 week. Each time I tried to use, came up "expired code" despite details saying good thru 6/30/21. After dozens of emails/msgs/phone calls, company FINALLY agreed to honor code-- but after 3 days of back and forth, they had raised price of item I was trying to order from $99.99 to $119.99. I ordered flowers for my aunts 70th birthday. I received an email that they had been delivered. They were not delivered. Called and settled on a 50% refund and the flowers would be redelivered the next day. They were never redelivered. You would think that a reorder (because of a company mistake) would be high priority, but no such luck. Called again, they could not tell me why they were never delivered and I would receive a full refund in 5-7 business days. I ordered a very expensive large sized memorial bouquet for around $96 (including shipping) for my grandmothers funeral. They send a small drugstore sized arrangement with different flowers. They literally ribbed me and misrepresented the products. I am considering suing them as they have blatantly stolen from me under horrible circumstances.
