Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to their website because of a deal I heard advertised. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers a few days ago and the note said the flowers were from "God." An extremely judgmental/corrective scripture followed (James 4:7-10). To say the least, I was bothered. I called 1-800-Flowers, who was the brand on the note. The worse ?? I recommend never using 1800flowers EVER. Ordered flowers and balloons to surprise my lady on her birthday ?? at work. I found it was very strange ?? that it said it was delivered but I didn't even get a thank you text from my lady. They straight up LIED!!! I called the day after my nephew passed suddenly to have an arrangement sent to my sister in Arizona and I made it clear that I needed it delivered the same day. I called very early in the morning I was forced to pick an arrangement costing more money that I did not want because the original one I picked could not be delivered the same day so the arrangement he picked was the one that could be delivered the same day. This is the worst company for follow through and customer service. Ordered a basket which apparently had a typo- called to fix it- was told it would cost MORE to make a correction and that I should just go online and place a new order. They promised to cancel the first one. When I received a notification that 2 had shipped I called back again and was told I had to do their job and call Fed Ex to cancel one - which I ended up doing. they received a start because I had too, This company is not work it. My flowers said they where delivered and my client didn't receive them. I called and the young man from India had screaming kids in the back ground and was very rude. He was suppose to transfer me to a supervisor but didn't, I had to be transferred 3x and still dont know where the damn flowers are.
Ordered Flowers on a Saturday for a funeral on Monday in Scranton Pennsylvania. Someone cancelled my order and did not notify me . The flowers were not delivered . I am heart broken. How can a Company be so negligent on something so important ??? I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Who would do this and not notify you ?????? I just don't get this !!!!
STAY AWAY AND DON'T PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. I know they're easy to think of... but honestly, just stay away. Looking at these reviews, no one should be patronizing a company with such awful customer service, and zero quality controls in place. They literally just stole $19.99 from me on their free shipping membership.
