Did not receive order, bad customer service when following up with order. I was hung up on multiple times. My order was not received on Valentine’s Day. I will never order from 1800flowers again.

I ordered a bouquet of 12 long stem premium pink roses on 2/13/21. I received a phone call that the order could not be completed as requested. After I receive this information, I called customer service to find out what changes were being made. I told the representative that I did not want the order if it was going to be changed. This is the worse company I have ever had to try to do business with. I placed an order approx. 2 weeks ago to be delivered to my mother in law who is in an assisted living facility. This is her last Valentine's Day and she did not receive what I ordered. The extra large arrangement. The chocolates. The stuffed animals. The balloons. Nothing was delivered. Ordered arrangement on 3 Feb 2021 for 13 Feb delivery. Order never showed so I had to go buy **** locally and of course nothing was available the day before Valentines. So I call and 4 technicians hand up on me after I ask for a supervisor. Finally, they refund my money...or did they. Still haven't seen the confirmation email. Bad business model.

Paid $141 to have dozen large roses delivered with a balloon on Valentines Day. Get 10 small roses, no balloon, on previous day to Valentines. Call them and bad connection. Email them and no response. ****** guarantee did not pay for anything. How BBB gives them A+ tells you how screwed up BBB is. Plan to call ****.

Valentines Day weekend nightmare. I ordered a bouquet for my wife of 15 years off of the 1800flowers website. This included chocolates, balloons, and delivery to her work. I paid, gladly, over $250. Approximately 10-20 minutes after I placed the order, I received a call. The customer service rep spoke with very broken English. A total scam waste of time money patience. Ruined Valentines Day for my family. Charged me not 1 time for flowers never delivered but 2 times more money the 2nd time. Lied over and over to drag situation on. False advertisement on website for same day delivery order before 2:30. I did by 10 a.m. calls and says bouquet isnt in stock u want another one.
