This company is horrible, service is horrible and recommend that no one uses it. I ordered flowers for my wife on 1/22/21 for Valentine's Day, for 2/13/21 delivery. I called in the morning of 2/13 to verify delivery and was promised it would be delivered by 8pm. Called later that night after 8pm because no delivery, and was told the order would come on 2/14/21. So, in order to get my shipment, I had to go pick it up from the shipper, the customer service promised me it would be delivered on the day it was supposed to be, but after tracking it , I found it was still in another state, after all that the flowers are dieing after day 2. Worse product ever and even worse customer service, they were unhelpful and lied to me about when I would receive my order. My husband purchased my Valentines from 1-800-FLOWERS end of January. It was supposed to be delivered on February 13th. Nothing showed up and he called the kept saying by 10pm. On Sunday Valentines Day still no flowers and not return calls from 1-800-FLOWERS. He called 3 times still no answers. Kept saying out on delivery. Before we left for dinner he called .They told him his order was not on the ***** Truck they don't know where. He requested a refund and was told he would get a refund 7-10 days and a email within 48 hours

Horrible company. Don't waste your money call florist direct horrible middle man just taking your money and time.. Ordered flowers for a birthday. Awful company. Please do not put yourself through ordering from 1-800-flowers. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Valentine’s Day. Not only were they not delivered on time, but they still didn’t come the next day. The next night I called them and they insisted my flowers were still coming. The absolute worst floral experience I've ever had. Where do I begin... On February 9th I made the following order: 1. Purchased their Passport service. This provides a "white glove" treatment for shipping. 2. In the same order, I purchased two dozen roses to be delivered on 2/12. I received an email at 3:30pm EST on 2/12 telling me the flowers wouldn't be delivered until 2/13. Ordered flowers on 2/12/21 early. Was told delivery would be 13th or 14th by 8PM. I received a phone call, which was unknown number without ID and so I did not answer. A voicemail from someone with an accent saying something about shipping, I am glad they said the call back number 2 times since I could figure it out from either one by itself.
