I ordered an arrangement for a friend’s birthday. I paid for same day delivery. The next evening, I received a call saying that they couldn’t find an arrangement, and they were switching the order to roses to be delivered in 3 days! Who sends their friend roses?? Ordered flowers and identified an arrangement made locally. Was not delivered and every time I contacted them that day they said it was on its way. By 5pm I contacted them again and they told me it was cancelled because the local florist could not make that arrangement. No notification at all. Tried to sell me a replacement that was not anywhere near the same value. THEN found out it was being sent *** **. Just an awful company with terrible service. DONE. Never again!
I spent $264.40 on a beautiful heart wreath for my cousin's funeral. It was guaranteed to be delivered the next day (in time for her service). When I called an hour before the service the next day at 4:15pm to see why the wreath had not been dropped off at the funeral home - the 1800 rep told me that the florist did not have 18in roses in pink, to which I replied, "This is the first I am hearing of this." I purchased flowers for my sister's birthday and paid extra for expedited delivery (guaranteed delivery for Mar 9). At 930pm on Mar 9, I called 1800flowers because the order had not been received or shipped. The representative on the phone told me that they didn't attempt delivery. I asked for a refund of the expedite fee ($4). He said that he processed the refund for the fee and that they would attempt delivery on 10 MAR. No delivery was made on 10 MAR, so I called again. This review is about the Personalization Mall brand associated with the 1-800-Flowers company (under the Celebration family of brands). They somehow got my email address from browser cookies when I had something in the shopping cart. I never purchased it or signed up at their site. Now I get emails all the time from Personalization Mall and they won’t stop. The Unsubscribe button takes me to a page for 1-800-Flowers where I tell it to take me off the list. My husband ordered strawberries from them over a year ago ONE TIME and have continued to charge us randomly every few months, and TWICE today. We have called 4 times, assured our information would be deleted. I have recorded our last call with their supervisor and explained the next time this happens a lawyer will be involved. Storing card info after promising to delete it (3 times) should be and hopefully is illegal.
Ordered flowers for my mom with a guarantee to arrive on the 4th, her birthday. They didn’t ship until 7pm on the 4th. Contacted them 4 times before I got a replacement order placed. They have yet to ship that order and it was guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday, which tells me that one also won’t arrive. This company cannot guarantee anything except taking your money and not delivering service.
Please stay Away from them. They delivered dead and dry flowers. Only delivered half of my order. Then they told me they would replace order, never did. They gave me 2 dates in which they were suppose to deliver replacement order and it never came. I ask for a refund, they agreed to give me a refund and of gave me half. Now 3 days after I told them I only got half my refund, still waiting g for a call back!! Please BBB, shut them down. There are so many complaints about this company.
I was surprising my daughter with flowers and was told that they were WAITING to be PICKED UP at the local *** ** Center! Are they CRAZY??????? She never got them! When you contact customer service, you get another country! I even tried calling the corporate office but you still get another country! NEVER AGAIN!
