Don’t use this company they are a total fraud. They don’t care about any problems you may have or that the product I received was not where what I bought and paid for. I ordered flowers and what I received is a vase of green leaves. Very unhappy but no one at 1-800-flowers will even get back to me never mind fix the problem. The delivery was late and not what was ordered. If I could have given them a zero I would have stay fare away from this company
These people are shady! I placed an order on Monday (2/8) to be delivered Wednesday (2/10). (I understand that it is the Valentine's season, and that florists are super busy. I expected possible issues.) 1-800 RIP OFF I ordered almost $80 worth of flowers from this company, designated a delivery date but the order was never delivered . I received an email that the order was unable to be delivered. No elaboration was given. The delivery location is a very busy and large department store on the magnificent mile in Chicago, so what does unable even mean? Deserve less than .000001 star. I ordered flowers for a funeral and I received an email that there was an issue after midnight but it did not state what it was. I started calling and live chatting at 9:00 AM, with no answers on the delivery but promises that it was still on target to be at the funeral home by 5:00 PM . After 6:00PM, when it was too late to do anything about getting flowers delivered for the wake I was informed that the local florist was unable to complete the order. I will never use them again.
Typical corporate company that doesn’t care about you. If I could give them 0 I would! Absolutely **** costumer service. I was charged twice for the same order and they added 12 months of their subscription service! I called to correct this mistake I got a hold of someone within minutes they took all my information and put me on hold for an hour and twenty minutes and then hung up on me. Placed an order for a specific flower arrangement from the website 1800flowers.com. also ordered a box of candy $20.00 charge. Paid extra for next day delivery. Order total was $120.00.
