I ordered an expensive gift basket on 11/11/20 for my aunt and uncle to be delivered on 11/24/20. As they were going out of town that week, I told them the gift would arrive on 11/24/20. The basket was charged to my card on 11/12/20. On 11/24/20 I went online to track the shipment and notice it had not shipped. HORRIBLE COMPANY! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!! I couldn't be with my daughter for her birthday, so I decided to order her a fruit bouquet and send to her office. I gave specific instructions with a three-hour window that she would be in the office, the suite number, name of company (since there are multiple companies in the building) and her phone number. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday today, 11/22/2020. I ordered at 10:15 this morning. The website says if you order by 2:30pm you get same day delivery. I finally got a hold of a person and she said the flowers would arrive by ***** on 12/1/2020. I wanted the flowers today as their website said. I paid $62.46 for a bouquet of flowers she won't get on her Birthday. Very disappointed. This is my first and last time ordering from 1-800-Flowers. I can't trust a company who does wrong to their customers.

After my ordered, they hold additional money from my account double the payment from my account for over a week. My birthday flowers ordered abroad for my daughter never arrived despite over a week time since my order. I am very disappointed and unhappy with even their customer service in the Philippines who will not resolve the problem. They are not what they used to be. This will be my last order with them

First order came from two states over they were dead upon arrival. They sent a replacement after I complained. They apologized an said I would have a $29 credit on next order. The next week I place another order an it showed no credit associated with my credit card, phone, or email. I called them and asked about my credit an they said it was emailed. It was not an they said they would email another in 29 min. It has now been 4 hours an nothing. Don't do business with them.

1-800-Flowers should not be allowed to operate. They are a scam. I ordered flowers for a friend, her mother passed away. I told her I ordered the flowers so she was on the look out for them. I placed the order for a beautiful bouquet and the day before the service I received a text message with a follow-up email that the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. Today was my sister's birthday and I had received numerous emails saying that her arrangement had been delivered however that was false information. So, when I contacted customer service they continue to explain on their end what they saw on their computer and I was thinking like whatever you see on your end is what I see on my end since you sent the email to me. I WOULD GIVE THEM A -100 IF I COULD. MY UNCLE PASSED AWAY AND WE ORDERED THE IN LOVING MEMORY BLANKET FOR MY AUNT ON 10/29/20. WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT IT COULDN'T BE DELIVERED UNTIL 11/06 BUT AS ACCEPTABLE. I GET A CALL ON 11/04/2020 SAYING NOT AVAILBABLE. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. SAID THEY COULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY FOR 5-7 DAYS BUT BY GOLLY THEY BILLED MY ACCOUNT THE VERY NEXT DAY. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THIS WEBSITE BEFORE I ORDERED. BUYER BEWARE!

I was very unhappy with my purchase. I paid a little over $60 for my total purchase and the flowers I received were of such bad quality and nor as described. The flowers were basically wilted/dead. This is my 2nd time I've ordered from 1-800-Flowers this year and both times were not great experiences. I will not be placing any future orders. Terrible quality! I wish I could post pictures of what I ordered compared to what I received!
