bought flowers for my mom on mothers day and she NEVER received them. i've contacted their support line over 5 times and have never received the flowers or my money back. I 100% will never use this company again.

I had an order placed 10-10-20 at 3pm, that should have arrived 10-11-20 by 8pm. The funeral was 10-12-20 at 10 am. Nothing was delivered. The florist hadn't even started and advised it would be impossible to do at this point. They simply did not get to the order. They apparently asked if we wanted the flowers delivered to the residence later today or tomorrow. It was a standing funeral spray. No, we do not not. Please refund our money. Ordered same day delivery. Confirmed by email. Flowers not delivered. No update. Says "Confirmed" on the website. "Live" chat was automated with no answers. Still no answer. Operates like a scam.

THEY ARE A SCAM!! I've placed two separate orders with them on different occasions. The first order was back in May and was "lost". When I called customer service not only could they not locate the order, they gave me a hard time over a refund. Two days ago, I place a completely different order to be delivered today. Not only is it 2pm and the order has not even shipped yet. The only notification I received was an unmarked email stating to simply give them a call. No report of shipping issues or anything. I ordered a very important arrangement for my folks. My confirmation said it would be there yesterday. No tracking information is given. It never arrived. I spoke with customer service and they were not helpful whatsoever. They keep asking me the same questions even though I already answered them. I want to cancel the order and get my money back so I can order from someone else but customer service did not answer any of my questions

HORRIBLE experience & even worse customer service. An order didn't ship, despite opting for expedited shipping, 2 replacement orders were created, and yet, those never shipped out either. The phone representatives hung up on me several times, refused to refund the order and did nothing to correct the issues. Apparently, managers return calls but cannot be located on the spot (convenient) and I never received a call. NEVER ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES!!!

I recently ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for a family memeber who passed away on 10-04-20 I made an order through 1800 flowers paid $160 and to my surprise the recipient received a whole different set of flowers,different color No note on it no bow on it.... I called customer service regarding the issue and they told me they would fix the problem & send the right bouquet at no cost the next day,and what do you know?they received the wrong flowers again. The rep didnt understand/speak English. She kept repeating the same answer regardless of the question. The price of the order on the website and the price charged to my card were almost twice as much. It was immediately snatched. I cancel the order immediately and they are saying the money wouldn't be refunded for another 7 days...Bad business!!

I purchased their Celebrations Passport (free shipping membership) for $29.99 on May 5, 2020. Every order I have placed since then (5 orders) has been charged a shipping charge. Each time I have had to call and argue that, as a passport member there should be no charge. Each time I have also been told that this problem with my account would be corrected within 48 hours. A week and a half later, and three more phone calls, and I'm still being charged for shipping. I just hung up with the Passport Department after being on hol... read more
