Every single time I have ordered from 1800 Flowers, there has been an issue and their response is always just a $20 savings pass. The last couple of times, deliveries have been late and have wasted hours of my time calling in to correct an issue which resulted in an incorrect delivery in the end. The most recent issue, I placed 6 orders of flowers for Mother's day on April 16th for Delivery on May 11. This is at least a month in advance. Horrible! I purchased a white wreath for my moms funeral service and they never showed up! The day is now over and they never delivered the flowers but they sure charged me almost $300 for them. I even called four times to make sure they would be there and was promised but they never showed up. Please do not use them for anything important, horrible experience
Flowers not delivered to funeral home as guaranteed..2 emails confirming they would be there never arrived for my son in law. Very embarrassing..but they did charge my credit acct $155..have not yet taken it off
I was looking on 1-800 flowers to order flowers for a friend in the hospital. I was unable to find the spot to enter a discount code so I backed out of the order. I never approved or placed the order. Yet I was charged for the flowers. After contacting 1- 800 flowers they said the flowers were delivered, yet after talking with my friend she never received any. Absolutely horrible service. If you want an arraignment sent on a certain day or time, find a local florist. Never will I count on them again to represent myself to any recipient. This is the 3rd time they have let me down. I placed the order a day in advance for my 14th Anniversary. Had it being delivered to my wife's office by 6pm. NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SLIMY BUSINESS. There are thousands of other reviews online that have had terrible experiences with 1800-Flowers, do not trust them as your special day will be ruined like thousands of other people. Ordered an Easter arrangement of flowers which looked very nice on the website. Received something completely different. The flowers I ordered were all pastel colors and the ones that were received were all dark. They looked absolutely nothing like the picture. A total bait and switch. I relieved an email from the company asking how they did and if I would like to be contacted by them. I told them the problem and asked to be contacted. They never contacted me. Unreliable company.
I placed an order on March 29th to be delivered to my wife today, April 13th, our 25th wedding anniversary. This is over a 2 week lead time. They took my money right away. I confirmed this morning, April 13th, that the order would be delivered today. Lo and Behold I get a shipping confirmation that the order will be delivered TOMORROW, APRIL 14TH, THE DAY AFTER MY ANNIVERSARY. Customer service was of no help. I will grow the flowers myself rather than use this terrible company again.
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers from 1800flowers for my grandmother, who recently lost her sister. I found a gorgeous arrangement and paid extra for it to be delivered the next day. The next day came and went with no shipping/tracking info or delivery.
