I ordered flowers for Mothers Day 2021. I received confirmation my order was processed. I checked tracking, and it said my order would ship June 25th. June 25th??? I battled online chat for over an hour before settling on a 50% credit, and a $20 Savings Pass which I will never use because I will never do business with 1-800-Flowers again. I'm skeptical I'll even see the 50% credit show up on my credit card statement. This is NOT how you treat customers. Do not buy from 1-800-Flowers. Shop local. I wish I would have
I placed an order. Wasn't delivered at all. Called the number nobody answered on hold over an hour twice... this is totally unacceptable. I want my money back asap
They are worst-case to buy from they double charge you, customer service is bad, and I never received time sensitive funeral arrangement with stand. They won't pick to phone.
Flowers not delivered on time. On hold for over an hour. Disputing the charge on my CC since this is clearly a scam. Someone needs to leave flowers on the grave of their dead customer service. Never use this company.
If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Was randomly charged with zero explanation. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Terrible. I would NEVER use them in the future

This is the first time I have ordered from 1-800 Flowers and I am deeply disappointed. My daughter is a teacher and I attempted to send her flowers for teacher appreciation day and she has not received them. I have now done online chat two times, because you cannot get through by phone. In the second chat I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. I am so disappointed with 1-800-Baskets. They pretend to send a comparable item without notifying you ahead of time. The item is not comparable and it's inappropriate, misleading, and a devious business practice. I ordered a basket for a family member and they sent an entirely different, non-comparable basket that was falling apart when it arrived. Terrible! I ordered a puppy arrangement and got two dozen roses. They offered a $20 refund and to resend the flowers only to email me back and tell me the arrangement isnt available in my area. I settled on a house plant that ***** sells for 10. $75 down the drain but I'll never order from them again.
