I ordered flowers for my mom on a Wednesday, to be delivered on a Friday. I paid the expedited shipping to have it delivered in 2 days. However, they were sent via ***** to a completely different state, and were shown as "out for delivery" there for two days. Finally, they were sent to my state, and the next day showed to in transit to my house. Because my mom is no longer at my house (she was visiting for that one day), I now have to turn around and have them delivered myself. This is after paying an extra $25. I spent near... read more

I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day but discovered that the arrangement would not arrive in time so I immediately called to cancel the order. I was promised by a rep that the order would be cancelled. Not only didn't they cancel the order, they charged me twice! I called again to complain about this. The rep told me that I would receive a full refund, after first trying to convince me to accept store credit. I later received an email confirmation for LESS than a full refund. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on 5/7. 1-800-Flowers.com confirmed the order the same day and gave me a delivery date between 5-7 and 5-9. They state they will send me an email confirmation once the delivery is complete. Never got that email, and found out they replaced my original order without even notifying me by email. I bought an extra large bouquet of flowers for my wife for mother's day. When I received them it was a joke, it looked tiny and pathetic. I was so disappointed I just wanted to throw them in the trash my mother's day present was ruined. I called 1800 flowers to get my money back since online it says in their policy that they would return the money. Shari's berries side of things. They don't honor what the website says about 100% satisfaction guarantee. I ordered berries from them and they arrived a day late, melting and just bad. Called for a refund. Tried to offer me only a 50% refund. I told them no. I want 100%. This company is a joke. The BBB needs to go after them.

This has to be the worst company I ever dealt with. I don’t think I have ever had a good experience with them but 3rd time and I’m done. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and paid more to have them delivered on Saturday or Sunday because I couldn’t be there to get some on my own. They reported them delivered on Saturday but it was delivered to a different apartment. I was told they could give me “tomorrow delivery” which would Monday. I had two employees at 1800Flowers tell me they would be able to deliver flowers to my mother on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. After I spent an hour on the phone with the first guy he finally admitted that the flowers would be delivered on the “Flex” delivery system which means that I would pay for the Saturday delivery but they might not deliver them at all that day.
