I placed an order for my grandmother who was very sick to have these beautiful white Alcatraz and red rose flowers to be sent to her on mothers day with a necklace from 1800 flowers. I got the email confirmation and it was going to be delivered on 5/11/21. Then it was never delivered. I then called the customer service line. 5-8-2021— Horrible service. Never received a flower arrangement promised by Mother’s Day by 8pm despite a 30 dollar shipping fee. On hold for over 30 minutes each time calling. The second order arrived a day earlier for someone else for Mother’s Day with wilted lillies upon arrival. Called that night to complain and they offered the 20 credit and to resend the arrangement in the next two days— that never arrived! I have ordered flowers with this company. These were supposed to be mother's day gift. With this experience made a thoughtful gift to a nightmare. I paid extra to make sure to get the flowers i order in the hours of 9am-12pm. The customer rep told me their standard delivery is between 9am-8pm. I have proof their company website offers am deliveries. Reps. Couldn't give me tracking information where my flowers to be located. I placed an order on 5/6/2021 for a flower arrangement for Mother’s Day (5/9). I chose flex delivery which meant it could be delivered 5/7, 5/8, or 5/9. Mother’s Day arrived and I saw no change in order status. I reached out to 1800 Flowers that afternoon to express my concern. I was assured that my delivery would be delivered by 8pm. They contract out to terrible florists. For mother's day my daughter ordered a beautiful bouquet for me. It arrived looking wilted and like they used dying, left over flowers and then just threw them in a cheap vase and dumped them on my doorstep. The florist they contacted with had the nerve to stick a huge business advertisement sticker right on the vase under the ribbon. Terrible terrible terrible. I ordered a simple arrangement of flowers and wine and the recipient showed me pictures of a broken vase and they delivered it 6 days before my request. And the wine gift I selected won't arrive until the end of May. Oh and when you call customer service, they are in India and cannot speak any English.

1800flowers did not send the order I requested on mother's day for an European boque medium sized after I received an email saying they had shiped the order. It was never delivered. Customer service says it will be delivered on the 15th of may instead due to a website malfunction. My mother didn't receive her gift when the company said she has.
