I payed $85 dollars for a bouquet to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. They charged my card and never delivered the flowers. I spoke to customer service, they told me they would have another delivered the next day. Next day came, and still no flowers. I told them just give me my money back and all they did was discount the flowers and they still were never delivered. This is robbery.
I'm seriously about to take legal action against 1800 flowers I ordered flowers in December 2020 and they have been charging since then even after I cancelled prescription and cancel order back after back and it keeps happening. I'm truly beyond frustrated with this company and its beyond crazy they do not recognize this
I have just been disconnected from the customer service Chat for the 5th time-and have been unable to find resolution after an additional two phone calls of apx 30 minutes each (and 45 min hold times). I recently put an order over the phone with 1-800-flowers, and the double charged my account for the same order. I called on several occasions to try to resolve the problem, and they kept telling me the second charge was a process hold and it would go away. I explained that I have ordered online and over the phone many times and never had a double charge held on one order, even through their own company. I signed up for monthly delivery of flowers to myself. When I received the first delivery I noticed the bouquet did not even come close to what was advertised therefore, I decided to cancel subscription for monthly delivery. I searched customer service online and filled out required forms and also called to make sure that understood who they contracted with locally was not delivery as advertised. My son used 1800 flowers to send me flowers for my birthday on May 18, 2021. The dead purple house plant arrived at 9 at night. I called the next day and asked about a replacement. They said one would arrive on the 20th of May. No flowers. I called again on the 20th and was told flowers would arrive on the 21st. Still no flowers. I went on the website. I purchased four orders of flowers for Mother’s Day on May 9, 2021 and only three were delivered. I contacted 1-800Flowers.com to get a refund two days after Mother’s Day (May 11, 2021 and they only gave me a $10.00 partial refund even though the representative stated I would be getting a 100% refund. If I could leave a -5-star review I would. I called 1-800-Flowers to order flowers for a friend who was hospitalized in a horrible motorcycle accident. The company called and said they couldn't deliver the flowers, which was my fault. I put the wife's name on the order instead of the patient, and they couldn't locate him in the ER.
