My son sent me flowers for my birthday. I always find this gesture very thoughtful. I'm not certain how he picks the florist, but this time, it was a waste of his money. The flowers arrived in two small bunches along with a tiny vase. This vase was suitable for flowers about half the length of the bouquet. This company would not issue a refund on an item that was never delivered without a delivery date...for an item that was never delivered. I was able to provide: order#, delivery address, and every other detail but not the delivery date, BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. Could you imagine, not getting your money back for an item you never even received? I had two of the most horrid customer services I've ever had in my life trying to get my money back. I have had multiple problems with this company. I thought perhaps their problems with delivery, product availability and customer service were covid related. However, it is clear based on yesterday's experience that it is not. I placed an order on May 22 for two items for my father's funeral. One arrangement was to be sent to the funeral home and a bouquet to my home for me to take to the cemetery. I ordered yellow roses. Yellow roses represent friendship. I also paid extra for a “elegant” bouquet so that it would have baby breath in it to look nicer. Finally, I ordered a teddy bear. Flowers die and I wanted the recipient to have a keepsake. They were going to my stepdaughter for her graduation that I could not be at. She was sent red roses, as if she was a lover. Third strike. Always subpar flowers and customer service. Late deliveries. Product never the same as paid for. $20 sorry coupons don't cut it. Customer service is a joke. Use a local florist. This company has become a joke the past five years. Take your money and deliver week old flowers. $20 gifts but charge $80. I have been embarrassed too many times and never a resolution. The florist they use have no respect for them apparently.
They double charged my account and it’s a week later and it’s still not refunded. Then I called to ask them to take that charge away and she said she faxed it to my bank but still no refund. The order is now going to be delivered late and the only compensation was the delivery charge because it was late. I got disconnected three times in the same day and I spent 117 minutes on the phone. Still waiting for that supervisor to call me back. The 1st one never did.
I was unable to attend one of my family friends funeral due to an emergency of my own. I relied on this business to do their job and be able to share my love for them without being there myself. I was assured by representative that my order would come on time (May 31) at 11 a.m. However I was given a call today (July 2) saying that the order was not delivered, even when it was marked as delivered on their website. People rely on this business during sensitive times and put trust in them just for them to fail them in the end.... read more
I ordered flowers with plenty of advance for Mothers Day and even made sure to have the order delivered the Monday after Mother's Day so it wouldn't be the day of and super crazy for delivery. I was alerted that the arrangement was going to be late. I was upset, but I let it go because it was Mother's Day. After my order was "confirmed" that it was going to be on the way the next day I then got a notification that they didn't have any of the arrangement that I had initially ordered. My credit card got charged for their passport membership but I didn't know sign up for it. Either they use some sort of click bite or they sign me up without my permission. Either way is dishonestly business practices. Stay away from this business.
