This place can’t guarantee delivery they make you pay for same day delivery but won’t deliver same day. Instead I got an email saying delivery attempted at 744pm they only deliver until 8! I had my number listed so they could call me when they got to the gate no one called I called customer service and they can’t do anything about it but request it to be deliver tomorrow so my husband doesn’t get to enjoy his Father’s Day gift also we stayed home all day waiting for someone to call so we can let them through the gate! My order was never delivered. I spent over two hours trying to resolve with customer service and they kept telling me I was only charged $60 and they would refund me, but I was charged $80 by them. They refused to refund the proper amount even after I showed them their own receipt and the charge to my credit card. Extremely frustrating all around and feels like a scam.

I ordered these for my dad for Father’s Day, as I live in a different state currently. He did not receive them even though I got a delivery confirmation email. I called and they “sent” a re-delivery. Once this was also never received I called again for a refund. I have yet to receive the refund (it’s only been a day), but at around 10pm my dad opens the door to a delivery, the berries… I would’ve needed the refund anyways considering the strawberries are rotten.

Just received a Basket for 1-800 baskets.com...This is the most awful, inedible, basket I have ever received. It is a crime to charge anyone for such a unappealing, disappointing and undesirable fruit The only thing good was the basket! This company should not be in business, it is very bad. **** ***

I placed two orders from 100Flowers and twice they screwed up my order. The first time I ordered an arrangement that looked like a dog’s face that I ordered for my wife and was successful. I ordered it again for my daughter and it never was delivered. After on the phone with them for over an hour trying to get a credit for the order for which they apologized and gave me my refund and a $20 credit on my next order. I placed an order on 6/11 to have a small bouquet of flowers delivered the next day (6/12). I paid $61 for this little bouquet of flowers and they charged my card immediately but the flowers never arrived. When I called customer service they said the flowers showed processed and delivered. Later in the conversation they said they were delayed and that they would be delivered the next day. I waited 3 more days before calling to request a refund. What an absolutely ABHORRENT company!!! I ordered the “Floral Treasure” which the description specifically stated lavender and pink colors and instead I got a red, yellow, and orange themed. So I reached out to customer service and it was quite possibly the most PAINFUL experience with customer service I have ever had. The agent was slow, and everything they said was a copy paste. Worst company in the world. Prices reflected on web site is not the amount they charge you. Their explanation: You need their membership to get that price; doesn't say so anywhere on the website or in conversation with the representative. Explained it was for a graduation today & they had to be at the site by 4 30pm. Doesn't state that on my order. Neither does it say there would be two different deliveries. This company is the absolute worst. It's my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt more that once, I have ordered from them 5 times and been disappointed every single time, The first time I ordered the flowers, were completely wilted and this was a trend. When they would send a replacement they would also be wilted. The last time I ordered from them I ordered for a friend that lived in Texas.
