My son ordered flowers for my birthday on 6/10/2021. He scheduled delivery for 6/12/2021. He was sent a notice by email that the flowers had been delivered. He notified me. I live in a large high rise condominium with a doorman. I checked with the doorman--no delivery had been made. My condominium building has a very good check-in system for packages. Good afternoon, I truly feel compelled to inform everyone who’s doing a little research on this merchant to please stay away! The information they display is very misleading, especially their prizes. In addition, their is no information on the website regarding refund policy. As to what they informed me; It takes 5-7 business days for you to obtain your refund. I ordered flowers for a sick relative this morning. I specifically asked if it would be handled by a local florist. I was told yes. I then stated that the flowers had to be delivered to her apartment because she was handicapped & in addition, her apartment has been having trouble with packages being stolen if left in the lobby. I again was told that the flowers would be delivered to her door. I then dictated what I wanted to say on the accompanying card. Ordered flowers and a cookie basket for my mother’s birthday two days before her big day (Wednesday) and the delivery date was to come the day before her big day(Thursday), which was great. I received the tracking info and email of the order going out. I kept track of this order the day it was to deliver and surprise nothing came. I reached out to flowers to let a rep know that this order wasn’t delivered. I paid over $80 for the flowers and basket and $25 for delivery with a guaranteed date. They charged my account twice for the same product. This is the third time they are doing this whenever I do a transaction with them. I have to be constantly pursuing until funds are credited to my account. Don't ask me why I keep ordering from them. The representatives like to mislead you by telling you the charges are pending. However, I point out to them that there should be only one charge pending not two for one product . I filed a complain with my bank and my bank is investigating . Hello. I had 1800 Flowers deliver a bouguet of roses to my significant other. There was never a knock on the door to alert us of the delivery and after receiving the flowers from our front door when the box was opened we observed the clear glass vase was shattered all over the flowers. My significant other received a small cut from the process and we are extremely upset about this experience.

I ordered flowers on Saturday 6/5 for a celebration of life (memorial) service for a friend that unexpectedly passed away last week. 1-800 flowers proceeded to call me 3 times that day to tell me that the local flower shop didn't have the correct flowers and we had to keep changing to a different arrangement. I also ordered same day service and was informed at the end of Saturday that they couldn't deliver the flowers but could do it Sunday. 1-800 flowers horrible service and deceiving customer representatives ... three days calling to tell them to deliver a asker if fruit before 2:30 pm because it’s a school nobody is thereafter 5 .. still haven’t done it .. I’m hold

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing, as I see I had the same experience as others. Purchased flowers for mother's day. Was double-charged. Flowers never arrived, but account showed they had been delivered. Customer service was absolutely no help. They showed no proof of any delivery or attempt at delivery. I was never given a tracking number, or even proof of sending the order to a local flower company for delivery. No resolution. I believe this company is fraudulent!
