I originally placed my order for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother's house the saturday before Father's Day. My father passed away in August of last year and I wanted to send some red white and blue flowers to sit next to his american flag urn. I placed the order on the 18th to be delivered on the 19th. Got a delivery confirmation email stating they had been delivered, they were not. Sheri’s Berries failed. My 5 year old niece received moldy chocolate covered strawberries after the 3rd attempt at delivery. They also forgot to include the ballon I purchased with it! They are a part of 1 800 flowers and in Nov 2020 I also sent sympathy flowers for a death in the family and it had to be redelivered because the quality was poor and not what I paid for; never again!

I would rate a 0 if that were an option! I ordered a significantly priced order of long stemmed red roses for my wife to be delivered to her workplace where she is a RN Clinician, yet the order never arrived! Customer service is a joke (also, CSR could barely speak English). Issue was never resolved and I have not received a refund! Please do not use 1800flowers if your order has any significance! You will be disappointed!!!

I ordered flowers for my son and wife after their son was born which was to be delivered at the hospital. No flowers were delivered. Even though 1800flowers said they were. The following business day, I called the hospital's receptionist, labor and delivery rooms, and the nurses station. No flowers! I called 1800flowers and inquired about no delivery. Terrible company to work with. On Jun 17, 2021 I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary (6/22/21) and had them send to her work. The flowers showed up 2 hrs after she left for the day (14 min before the end of the window). She only works on Monday and Tuesday so she did not receive them and will not until Monday of next week in which time they will be dead. I placed an order, the process was simple and easy. But about an hour after I placed the order I received a spam call using my name and saying that it was regarding my 1800 flowers order and to call the number provided and use the reference number they gave. Since this order was being sent out today I called the number and quickly realized that it was a scam/spam call. I will never use them again. Very untrustworthy.

My wife ordered flowers for my mother and step dads anniversary (he passed away recently and it was going to be their 20 year anniversary) and since she is located in AZ and it’s 114 degrees out there right now, she specifically requested that it be 5pm or after when she got home from work . Instead they delivered it first thing in the morning to my moms front door where they will wilt and die before she ever gets home. They are trying to say that I used my Passport membership BEFORE it renewed! Such a scam. My membership expired on 6/9/2021. I put in an order on 6/7/2021 (using my former membership), then sent an email that day requesting that it not be renewed. No one ever responded, and my new membership renewed the next day without my permission. I reached out several times to try and get a hold of someone, and finally got a response saying my new membership was used already. NEVER trust this service. I ordered flowers for my aunt at a funeral far away. I have always picked local florists but in this case I trusted the funeral home to deal with reputable local people. Their website directed me to 1800 Flowers. I had taken quite some time to select the flowers because this was important. The family sent a picture and I was sick with embarrassment.
