1800Flowers has the worst employees. They are absolutely squirrely. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They don't document conversations in their system. My order for sympathy flowers was a nightmare. I ordered 2 sets of flowers. They canceled one (why I don't know) and left out my personal message and neither flower was delivered on time. I was over charged and have been trying to get my money back since 1/29/21. They ****!
Wrong item TWICE. They sent small happy birthday gift to my mother and sister on Mother’s Day. I ordered a XL flower bouquet and balloons. Missing balloons and one that said happy birthday. An absolute disaster. I called and they offered me a refund for both items. I received a refund for one. They marked 2 orders as delivered, but they were not. I called and asked why they weren't delivered and I was told that they weren't delivered because the flowers were dead but replacements could be sent. I asked for a refund because I did not trust that the deliveries could be made. They tried talking me out of of asking for a refund, refused to cancel the orders, kept offering me a $20 credit and substituted the orders without telling me about it. My mom got nothing on Mother’s Day! NEVER use this company, they are liars and don’t deliver on any promises they make. I scheduled a delivery for the Friday before Mother’s Day, it’s now one week later and my mom never received anything. I ordered flowers for a dear friend’s funeral. I spent a half hour speaking to a rep to have the flowers sent to the funeral home on a different day than the original order then the flowers were not delivered at all. I called and was told they delivered the flowers to the billing address by mistake the day of the funeral and they could do nothing to fix the problem. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. She lives in NYC & I live in Florida. This was my first time ordering flowers. I ordered a bouquet & paid $75 (this was with a $15 off coupon). The $15 off pretty much cancelled out the service charge. When the flowers arrived, I asked my sister to send me a picture of them. The flowers looked NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered.
